Monthly Rentals in Pak Kret District

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

Manor Sanambinnam is right on the river and that was my favorite part of staying here. There is a temple with a large statue directly across the river that gives the place a more rural vibe. The two saltwater pools are both large. The gym is a little small for the size of the complex but it never seemed crowded. Even with four towers worth of people, the green area next to the river was rarely busy and often I had the place to myself. It was pretty excellent! The room is simple, cozy and modern. Small kitchen but the other rooms make up for it. Bedroom and bathroom are more roomy and comfortable. View from the balcony is excellent, although partially obscured by the railing. Location is far from the city center and tourist attractions so factor in some travel time. There are some limited food options on the main street and a 7-11 right outside the entrance and Grab delivery knows the place well. Worth it to be staying on the river with the wind, cooler temps, birds and great views.

Stayed here for a week. Really worth the price. Will come again.

It was a very good choice this accommodation to discover Bangkok and the metropolitan area of Thailand's capital. The apartment was very nice and the amenities were great for a 4-weeks stay. The space was more than enough for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable, there were many options to cook your own meals and you can do laundry using the washing machine available in the balcony. The place is easy accessible via public transport and using different buses or the monorail, you can reach almost every place in Bangkok metropolitan area. Chantanee was always responsive and provided details for any question that I had. Moreover, there was some snacks and bottles of water waiting for us at the check in time, which was very nice. Very close was a big supermarket (Big C Extra), which is a great option to by groceries and other stuff that you may need. Overall, this place was a very good choice for our stay near Bangkok.
