Jane was extremely communicative and responsive. His condo has a great view of Bangkok’s greenery and skyline and has a ton of amenities like a washing machine with dryer, iron, Apple TV, and is very cosy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a lovely experience and one that I would go for again without any hesitation.

This is a good place for a short-term stay. You are 2 minutes walk to bts, and plenty of restaurants, massage shops, and other activities to keep you busy. The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is some street noise from the motos that go up and down the street, but it is a common thing anywhere in bangkok.

The listing was 5 mins walk away from Chong Nonsi BTS station and about 10 mins walk from Patpong night market. It is also about a 15 mins tuk tuk drive to the nearest Big C depending on traffic. The apartment itself was large with a comfortable living room with a couple of powerful air conditioner to cold down the hot Thai weather. There is a private bath in the master bedroom and shared bath outside for the other two rooms. There is also another half toilet which proves to be useful with a larger group of people. There is also access to the swimming pool but due to the limited time we had, I haven't been able to view it myself. I would highly recommended this listing for a of 5 and above family as it is quite spacious.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

Very spacious and clean. The apartment is in a very private area off the main road so it’s quiet and peaceful. A bit of a walk to the BTS station but they have a free shuttle to the main road so it’s fine. We had a group of 7 and we enjoyed our stay. Only comment I’d make is the mattress and pillows might need changing as they seemed rather firm.

Absolutely loved the authenticity of Ohm’s place and the neighbourhood. A different side of Bangkok away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to get to the major Wats and Grand Palace by walking and local ferry. This place isn’t for those requiring fancy amenities, but perfect if you want charm, authenticity and a local experience. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go along the canal. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive; fixing an issue immediately. Highly recommend.

A beautiful oasis not far from the bustling streets of Bangkok. We stayed for 5 nights and especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. 100% recommended!

This property is located in the western area of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, outside the central business district but conveniently close to Bang Sue Grand Station by bus or taxi. Although it is not within walking distance to the MRT, you can easily call a Grab car or taxi to reach the nearest MRT stations with the cheap price. Typically, we recommend using Grab for its convenience, allowing you to pin your location from your mobile phone. You can order various types of foods and dining from Grab food. Additionally, you can enjoy a scenic boat ride from the nearby pier and market The townhouse is newly decorated, very nice, and clean. Located within an authentic Thai community, it offers easy access from the main street. The surrounding western area of Bangkok is rich with historical sites, temples, traditional Thai markets, cafes, restaurants, and boat sightseeing opportunities, providing a good atmosphere and new experiences. This property is ideal for travelers and families

We spent one night in Tom‘s house as it is situated very convenient to get picked up for trips to Ko Chang and Ko Mak. The house offers everything you need in a very calm Environment. Tom‘s is friendly and caring. Once you stay there make sure to walk to 7/11 and eat with the family opposite 7/11. You will be amazed how welcoming and friendly those people are. And the food is deliciois

Great place. great host! Benny was very responsive to questions during my stay, and provided recommendations for places to visit. A few more hangars for clothing, and a pressing iron that can hold water would be a great add! Glad I booked. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our month long stay at Jack’s place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and there were extra pillows available. The 15 min proximity via car to Icon Siam (hands down the very best mall I’ve been to anywhere in the world) was an excellent plus. We would certainly stay at Jacks place again when our travels bring us to Bangkok.

Staying in this apartment was a great idea! It is clean, cozy and quiet. Kate is a super host. Attentive, helps with any questions, if you need something - just tell her and she will do everything to help. Special attention should be paid to the swimming pool in the house - 50 meters, with clean pleasant water and beautiful lighting in the evening. The pool is almost always empty. This is just a godsend for those who like to swim. There are usually few people in the gym too. Near the house there is Macro, Lotus, Big C, as well as many restaurants. The only nuance is that Nonthaburi is not Bangkok. If you need to resolve a visa issue, you need to go to the Nonthaburi visa center. And getting to the center of Bangkok by public transport is a whole adventure and at least 2 hours one way. If you are traveling by bike or car, let Kate know in advance so that she can arrange parking for you. We were sad to leave, as we had a very good time in this apartment. Recommended!

Meaw is very helpful. the house is huge. and much bigger than we thought.

Nice tiny apartment. A decent bed, a good shower and fast internet, so the basics are solid. Amenities are all there and working, including Netflix, kitchen utensils. Due to its size there is no couch or washing machine. Condo has excellent location with 24x7 security, a 7-11 on premise, coffee places next door, public transport around the corner and great access to services like Gojek. Malls are a few minutes drive away. The pool was under maintenance at the time I was there (but this was clearly communicated), but the gym is ok, and rooftop garden is a very nice place which includes even a decent length running track. Benny is very responsive and communicates excellent, and goes all out with help and advice.

We had a great time at this apartment. Small space with a lot of storage. Very clean and nicely furnished. 7-Eleven and Skytrain station just a short walk away. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.😊

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

Phathsinee is always very responsive and polite. Whenever I had a question/issue, she replied back to me with detailed explanations. Her place is clean and the view from the room was great. There was a little distance from the public transportation and supermarkets, but it is still in a walking distance. A little far from the city center and because of this, you get quiet and vibranr local life that you cannot have in the tourist area. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet stay, Phathsinee's place is the one you should pick.

The unit was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Building shows signs of structural damage, not sure if it’s past issues that are resolved or if it’s ongoing, but this unit looks like they try to keep it up. No noise from neighboring units but you can hear everything happening in the hall, including the security doors open and shut. Pool was always empty except for birds. No cushions on lounge chairs, probably to protect them from the birds. The gym is small but gets lots of use. It’s a very comfortable stay overall. I extended my visit from a weekend to almost 2 weeks. Lots of great food places, a 7/11, and shopping nearby. I did not feel the immediate area was very walkable due to lack of sidewalks unless on main road.
