Condo vacation rentals in Pak Kret District

I loved this place and extended my stay, open the door and step out to a dope pool & gym, great internet, comfortable bed, hot shower, ample desk space to work, lots of local amenities (Starbucks, 7eleven, etc nearby), communicative hosts

Nice tiny apartment. A decent bed, a good shower and fast internet, so the basics are solid. Amenities are all there and working, including Netflix, kitchen utensils. Due to its size there is no couch or washing machine. Condo has excellent location with 24x7 security, a 7-11 on premise, coffee places next door, public transport around the corner and great access to services like Gojek. Malls are a few minutes drive away. The pool was under maintenance at the time I was there (but this was clearly communicated), but the gym is ok, and rooftop garden is a very nice place which includes even a decent length running track. Benny is very responsive and communicates excellent, and goes all out with help and advice.

Very comfortable. Close to the skytrain station. The caretaker was attentive and informed that there were damaged utensils. The caretaker immediately brought a replacement. Thank you very much. The room was very comfortable. Everything was very good.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

Kevin always responded very quickly to our text. there was a small issue with the bathroom sink. a repair man showed up in under an hour from the time we reported the issue.

Benny is a great host, responsive and helpful. He welcomed me warmly to his condo, showed me around the condo, also helped me to fill up the TM30. Good location, really convenient for a long stay as 7-11 convenience stores, Lotus’s, Big C, food restaurants at Charn, bars, Muang Thong Thani MRT station by walking distance from the Base condo. The security system for the condo is in place. Things to watch out: (1) Heavy traffic on the Chaengwattana road during the peak hours, when you walk on the road shoulders or cross the road to the Lotus’s, Charn, Big C or MRT station or 7-11 convenience stores, watch out the traffic. Safety first! (2) The condo is near to Muang Thong Thani MRT station but may not be entirely trolley-friendly due to unmaintained road shoulders. Overall, comfortable stay. 😊

It’s a great spot for a quick transfer or just needing a place to stay before your next flight. Nice and close to the airport and easy access. Shirley was a great host and it was great to have collection and drop off from Site. It was a pleasurable experience.

I really loved this place, everything was close by.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Plenty of room for the whole family. Each room has a bathroom which was great for our needs. The pool was very nice and never crowded. The location was amazing. You’re staying where all the fun is. With that being said, you can hear the louder bikes and one of the clubs at night. Wasn’t a big deal for us, just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

Host waited for me to check in even tho my plane was a little bit late. He’s very kind and bought me breakfast. He knew I had a flight in the morning. I overslept and he came to wake me up. Very caring host.

Benny is very friendly. He gave us clear instructions and photos are matching with the place. It's very close to BTS (walkable distance). When we asked him something, he was always super reactive. Several examples are for more recommendations, he gave us several ones when we asked him. Same when we asked for additional toilet paper, laundry powder or even for lower pillows as the initial ones were too high for us. Overall, we had a good stay!

The accommodation is in accordance with the description, close to many things. (Transport, market etc.) And the man is kind. I recommend!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at her place. The place was beautiful and clean. The host was so approachable and helped us right from the start to the time we Checkout. Very helpful and kind.

Stayed here for 7 weeks. Nice place. Place is small and simple (condo room) but has everything you need for a nice stay. Condo facility is quite new so it’s a really nice place. Nice pool, gym and Co-working space to grab your laptop and do some work. Surrounding area is still developing so you definitely get a very local Thai feel. Very busy main road just outside which can feel daunting to cross, but you get used to it. Security guards are always around to salute as you leave. Mall right across the road with everything you need too! Solid stay.

Staying in this apartment was a great idea! It is clean, cozy and quiet. Kate is a super host. Attentive, helps with any questions, if you need something - just tell her and she will do everything to help. Special attention should be paid to the swimming pool in the house - 50 meters, with clean pleasant water and beautiful lighting in the evening. The pool is almost always empty. This is just a godsend for those who like to swim. There are usually few people in the gym too. Near the house there is Macro, Lotus, Big C, as well as many restaurants. The only nuance is that Nonthaburi is not Bangkok. If you need to resolve a visa issue, you need to go to the Nonthaburi visa center. And getting to the center of Bangkok by public transport is a whole adventure and at least 2 hours one way. If you are traveling by bike or car, let Kate know in advance so that she can arrange parking for you. We were sad to leave, as we had a very good time in this apartment. Recommended!

Phathsinee is always very responsive and polite. Whenever I had a question/issue, she replied back to me with detailed explanations. Her place is clean and the view from the room was great. There was a little distance from the public transportation and supermarkets, but it is still in a walking distance. A little far from the city center and because of this, you get quiet and vibranr local life that you cannot have in the tourist area. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet stay, Phathsinee's place is the one you should pick.

The place was clean, easy to get to, very hospitable, very hospitable owner, quick response, attention to every detail, well stocked the second stay. Next time, Bangkok would recommend this place.
