Delightful 2 bedroom annex on beachside road.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

This is such a great place I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review as it means we’ll end up with less dates to choose from for our return visit 🤣. Such a beautiful house, the photos don’t do it justice and Kate and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. The beach is right on your doorstep, it was perfect for morning walks with the dog, and lazy afternoons watching the sea merge into the sky from the patio seating.

What a lovely house - fabulous location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, the garden is a little sun trap and the balcony was lovely bonus to watch the sunset from. The house was clean and it’s great to have a place that has a sofa that accommodates everyone comfortably - we all wished we could have stayed for much longer. Louise was really helpful with all the check in details. We had just the loveliest stay - there were 6 of us, my brother and sister and their partners, along with my husband and I - we try and get away twice a year and have done for years and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest stays we’ve had - the weather help for sure as it was glorious, but the house and location. played a bit part too. Thank you so much.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Really lovely weekend with my parents, partner and daughter in peaceful caravan site, close to beach and marina (including v good bar/restaurant you can walk to along the beach in 10 mins) and walk or v short drive to old fashioned minutiae train, as a fun way to reach Funland. Really spacious living area, plenty of room for 5 of us. V well equipped & v well thought out use of space. A great value little get away, also close to donkey sanctuary which made a really nice trip out.

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! We had an amazing time at the lodge. The jacuzzi is large; the house is absolutely pristine and extremely well equipped including plenty of crockery and an air fryer; there is a large TV for cosy evenings and a dishwasher. EV charger is free (needs plug adapter) and meant we traveled fuel free the whole holiday. The site itself is well spaced and quiet but also has a useful shop for hot rolls in the morning. The beach is stunning and only 15 minutes walk away. Welcome pack including milk and Prosecco (the two essentials 😅) provided. Would highly recommend this property!
