The house is comfortable, cosy and well equipped. It was a short walk to the seafront and we enjoyed exploring the local area.

My elderly parents and I had a lovely time at Carl's. Carl was helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. The view was amazing and we had great fun spotting ships on the horizon. Also perfect location for stargazing.

If you are looking to find fault, it won’t be possible at The Salt Shack. The house is lovely, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as I expected and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, lovely linens. I could go on and on about how great this property is. Lovely hosts, so responsive on messages. For those wheelchair users out there like my husband, it had everything that we needed. We will be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the fabulous outside space.

A lovely house, fabulous spacious kitchen for family gatherings and a super sitting room on the top floor with amazing views. No en suites but a bathroom on the ground floor and the middle (bedroom) floor were enough for us 6. Wonderful location with constantly changing views as the tide rises and falls, we loved the area and the local walks. Many thanks Maggie and Andrew!

Beautiful location with beach and sea views from the garden and terrace, through the back gate of the enclosed garden straight onto the beautiful sandy beach….three generations had an absolutely lovely time here and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay in Roxanne’s place! It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. Roxanne was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Will definitely book again when I return to Portsmouth! ♥️

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

Five stars all round. Great place, even better than the pictures and everything we could have hoped for for a holiday with the kids. The beach is 5-10 mins slow walk and easy (even with 3 small kids!) and the restaurant, entertainment and amenities at the main complex were relaxed and enjoyable. The pool was great - never needed to book (but was a quiet time of year) and again really relaxed environment. We’ll come again. The lodge is really well equipped and incredibly spacious with lovely welcoming touches. Thanks Mark & Emily!

We had a great week away, took us a while to find the carvan and had slight mishap with the key safe but lisa came to the rescue. Place was clean and homely and perfect location short stroll to everything. Definitely be back again

Had a great week away and really enjoyed out stay at Rosie's caravan. Exactly as it was described and felt really homely with some lovely touches with the decor. We had a fantastic stay at Whitecliff Bay, the caravan was exactly as described/pictured on the Air BnB site. It was very clean and tidy, and had all the essential items there that we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy and the Wifi worked well. The location of the caravan is very handy for the facilities on site, and so easy to get to all the various days out on the island. Crystal was very quick to respond to any messages before and after booking. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend the caravan to anyone else looking to book.

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.

Arranged this stay as a early xmas family get together. When we arrived the house was warm and inviting. All we could possibly need was there for us to use. Our party was 6 adults 4 children and a baby Plenty of room for us all to gather together Everything we requested was set up for use Bedrooms very comfortable and lovely modern bathrooms Welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very tasty Had a great weekend and would definitely recommend as a lovely holiday break

Jane was very quick to respond to any questions. The Gables is a stunning house that was ideal for a major birthday celebration with family. What a great entertaining space. We've visited the West Witts beach many times but it was great to be able to walk there.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We found the house to be impeccably clean and comfortable. The large hot tub seemed brand new and the dart board and pool table were put to good use. TVs in all bedrooms. Very well stocked kitchen with high quality pans etc. lovely American fridge with ice/crushed ice and cold water. Great location. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

We had a brilliant time at the Oceans beach house. Ian made sure we had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The home is right by the coast which meant we had great views and loads of walks. The property is very spacious with a very well sized garden. The table tennis and pool tables were a great touch. Ian gave excellent instructions ahead of time which meant we never needed any support but it was great to know he was available if needed. Highly recommend and would love to come back!
