Our stay on the river was wonderful. Lots of room, excellent river view from the house, great outdoor seating facing the river, and convenient to have a covered boat dock for our boat. Denise was quick to respond with any questions we had and she was extremely kind and accommodating when we had boat trailer troubles on the day of our departure. Denise’s place is definitely a good place to stay if you are looking to fish on the river or enjoy the lake (which is only a short boat ride from the house!).

The house is beautiful! It was spotless upon arrival. It is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, bowls and nice towels! Nice clean furniture, nicely decorated. Michele was lovely to work with. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here every time I come to town! Love it!!!

Great beach house; right across Crescent Beach the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The beach house is retro older house but very nice, great sunroom, nice roomy place to eat. House is bigger than I expected. The bathroom does need a few things to update and make it a little better. Very comfy house . Nice to have the car covered under the carport especially in the heat. We had a great time with our pups And the beach is dog friendly!

We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida

A “great furnace” probably isn’t at the top of your requirement list for a beach vacation! However, our 1st week in Daytona was in the 40’s. A couple nights got into the 30’s and Paula’s place was cozy and comfortable. It’s located near the Dunlawton Bridge in South Daytona and the location makes it easy to get into Daytona, Port Orange or New Smyrna. And it’s on a street that runs parallel to A1A . So you can easily avoid all the A1A traffic and access all your favorite spots. It easily sleeps 4-6 people. Complete kitchen, but we ate out at my favorite restaurants from past Daytona trips. We took our dog “Ace” , this was his first trip away from home. Paula’s place has a fenced in patio, but Ace had never went potty on concrete. So we had to walk him the first few days, so he could find his familiar grass to do his business. Thankfully it’s a very safe and friendly neighborhood. Paula routinely checked on us to make sure everything was ok. A solid little spot for your vacation.

Jimmy was an excellent host! My fifteen year old son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The outdoor pool area is beautifully manicured and well taken care of. The inside of the house was comfortable with everything you need provided. The location is excellent, Easy to walk over to the beach or go for a bike ride. We look forward to when we can visit again!

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here There was everything you needed in the home . The house was nice clean and welcoming. Roland was also easy and fast with responding for whatever we needed. The stay here was so amazing wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for your great home. The house was just as described and pictured. The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful. We had an amazing stay. Paul was helpful and responsive when we messaged him. Truly loved staying at his house.

Great place. Enjoyed being close to Flagler Ave. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately, it was rain and 45 degrees for the week so we didnt use the pool, but it looked nice! Carla was quick to respond when an issue with the hot tub heater arose. She took action immediately. Technician came out on a Sunday evening! Certainly would recommend this property and Carla as a host. We will definitely be back.

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

What a beautiful, hidden treasure! The property is great! The suite is very clean, nice furniture and decorated tastefully, along with being comfortable and cozy too! The yard and water view are spectacular! Paul is an amazing host and very responsive! We were extremely pleased! Highly recommend! *****5 stars all the way!! TY!!

The place was excellent!!! Futons had foam pads to add to comfort and everything was easy to use and access! Pool was a hit with the kids and we would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Ormond Beach over Christmas! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The house was not only spacious but also impeccably decorated, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere perfect for the holiday season. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare festive meals, and the open-plan living area was ideal for relaxing with family. The amenities were outstanding, especially the beach, which was just a short walk away. The property also featured a well-maintained outdoor space, complete with comfy lounge chairs and a fire pit for chilly nights. Dory went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches like holiday decorations, Dory even had a lovely plate of Christmas cookies waiting for us as to welcome us. She was responsive, helpful, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We loved it and might be back!!!😊

Staying at the Airbnb was amazing! We even decided to extend our stay! April was super fast with responses and her hospitality was great! A staple was definitely the ping pong table! I greatly appreciated the small things like plenty of cooking supplies and nice cutlery! Plenty of board games to play and an amazing living room! The best part is the area! While Deltona itself doesn’t have much to activities, it’s nice to be able to hop on I-4 for an hour drive to Disney, 30mins to Daytona, and an hour to Kennedy space center! It’s a great central location.Definitely will be staying here the next time I visit Florida.

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Retro Beach House. It was located right on the beach, enjoyed the view and it's easy access right out to the beach out of the door. The sound of the waves at night really relaxed us. Everything you need is nearby. We would recommend anyone to visit and we plan on going back.
