Great place, exactly as described and as in the photos. Checkin process was quick and efficient. The condo was perfect! Daniel had amenities stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. There were chairs, flotations, tents, and things to use to play on the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable to spend the day lounging engrossed in a good book. The location close to Daytona, yet in a quieter areal, was ideal!

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

The condo was beachfront just steps to the beach from the pool. The hottub was broken when we stayed which was a bummer but the pool is heated. There is a restaurant onsite by the pool which was convenient that has pizza, sandwiches, etc. the daytona beachshore sign is literally around the corner. The bandshell was about 17 min walk or 5 min drive. There is a parking lot across the street when we had Easter sunrise mass on the beach. The condo itself was clean, roomy that fit 6 of us. There were 2 balconies which was nice. Everything we needed was there. There are extra towels and beach towels and chairs. There were 2 bathroom with one jetted tub. It does have a handheld shower but if you want a stand in shower, the other bathroom has it. The kitchen was a little tight but we were able to deal with it. The microwave was a little small, only the small plate will fit. Theres a fullsize fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker, and toaster. It was a great stay!

This was everything and more of what we were hoping for. The condo was nice and clean, which is huge for me. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds. The view when we first walked in was amazing! Just like the pictures. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Definitely recommend, if you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Daytona Beach!

We were there for the IMsA Daytona race and the place felt like home when we came home each day!!! Lucas was very understanding of our late arrival due to delayed baggage and was able to accommodate us with a 1:30am check in. Lucas was very responsive and helpful before and during the stay!!! Will be booking this place again for 2026!!!

What a lovely place for my family and I to stay! It was only a few blocks to the beach . And only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Christina’s place was just as described. We wanted an inexpensive location close to the bandshell for cheer competition. There are several homeless people on the walk to the bandshell, but they never made us feel unsafe. But that is part of downtown Daytona and we knew that going into it. Christina was very easy to work with when I needed to change dates to extend stay. She also was very responsive when we had problems with the door code. We recommend this property and would stay again.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. All amenities are very close by. The beach was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained this Airbnb was. It felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local recommendations, leaving coupons and free tickets and always responding quickly to my messages. The entire experience was exceptional, and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you for a truly five-star stay!

Look no further for your stay at Daytona Beach! Especially with kids. Super convenient location to the beach. Condo has everything you can need. Beach toys and equipment, Beach reads, fully stocked kitchen (crock pot too!), puzzles and games for kids, bedtime books for kids... favorite part of the stay was the beautiful view from the dining room. We loved watching the beach and city every morning and evening. Condo was clean and welcoming. Host was extremely responsive, definitely recommend this location!

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was an amazing location to be at with amazing beach and pool access. About a mile from the board walk so it is an easy walk that can be taken on the beach. Hosts were very kind and quick to respond if there was any issue!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and definitely found it at Shelly’s place. The condo is in great shape and we felt right at home. We chose to spend our days at the beach and cooked in most nights, it was perfect for us.

Great little studio condo bnb. You get a view of the beach from the balcony. In my experience it may change for others, it was extremely affordable. You have your own beach access, pool, and even a small laundromat on site. 10/10 recommend.
