Large and spacious house with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area. The house was easy to find from the provided directions and the setting was private and quiet. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving meal with family and it suited our needs nicely. The kitchen cupboards seemed a bit bare, but that may just have been because there were so many of them (so much storage!), it did have all the basics and some items beyond that. The large island was great but would have been improved by the presence of bar stools as it tends to be a natural gathering place. The twin bedroom was likely originally an office as it has partially frosted french doors, so doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The master suite was incredibly spacious. Overall a great value, especially when combined with the studio as you have numerous bathrooms and lots of space.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

Our logging company had been on fires for months and we were trying to give them a relaxing and comfy place to take their days off. Kim was such a wonderful and helpful host, I would absolutely recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone. We hope to stay again in this lovely home under some different circumstances.

This is a fantastic house. Four great bedrooms and great spaces. It was perfect location for what we needed at Lowell State park. The chocolates and wine were a lovely touch.

Host house is attached to this home and was not mentioned in the listing, this created privacy concerns with our party. Please update the listing to mention host home is connected. Check-in process was very lengthy and unessesary, suggest stream lining the tour to be around hot-tub, grill, and fireplaces only.

Awesome house for big groups! We had a gaggle of teenagers and their moms, and this house was a great place for us to enjoy time together as well as separate activities. Lots of gathering spaces for subsets of our group - outside and inside. We had to do some bathroom assignments because there is only one bathroom upstairs (other than the 2 en suite bathrooms), so we just had some of the adults use the two full baths downstairs and that worked fine. so much comfortable furniture, seating space for the twelve of us no matter what we were doing. Close to the beach and shops. Plenty of food storage and fridge space too. Hot tub was functional - not the nicest for groups of five or more but it worked just fine. The only thing I would work on improving is the cooking utensils - making pancakes was a little hard without a good flipper. Our host was very kind and responsive when we reached out. Thanks for a great stay! I would totally stay here again!

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

This was the second time staying here. It is comfortable, clean, well stocked and Mary is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We had a great stay here. The scenery was spectacular. The deck is a perfect place to read or just sit and watch the waves. If you don’t want to be outside, you can sit in the cozey front room and watch from the large picture windows. The house was clean and comfortable. We love it here! 😊

Great location close to the beach and main strip with a fully fenced yard for our pup. The layout is great and very comfortable for two families or a few friends meeting up. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I booked this spot for an annual grief retreat to celebrate our late daughter's 5th birthday. Our entire group (6 separate families) enjoyed this home. The kids enjoyed the games and toys, the single people enjoyed the firepit and hot tub, and the parents enjoyed how well stocked this home was. Everything you'd need was in place! Not to mention the quick walk to the beautiful beach. Best part by far. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

great place to stay with toddlers and babies. beds were comfortable, everything no worked smoothly. lights being dimmable also helped with putting the kids/babies to sleep. never felt cramped. never had trouble finding parking, usually right up front, and walkable coffee shops were great. also the temperature was always perfect, which really makes a difference in airbnbs. never too hot or too cold.

This was a great place for our family gathering. We had 3 generations aged 15-77 together for a few days of skiing and family fun. This house provided a very well equipped kitchen and a bbq so we could prepare meals. It also had a large table that allowed all 9 of us to eat at the same table. The location was great for anything you want to do in Bend and a quick easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. I would highly recommend for a large group.

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Medford for a girls' trip with eight of us, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Each room was cozy and comfortable, and the whole place felt like a luxurious retreat. The hot tub and pool were definitely highlights—we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and every little detail was thought of. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect setting for reconnecting, laughing, and just having the best time together. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. We took bike rides, floated the river in Bend and visited the Sharc. The house was a perfect place to come back to and relax. The 6 kids ages 6-10 enjoyed the hot tub, deck and bunk room. It was a perfect place for our group of 12!

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

Beautiful house and setting! House was welcoming, clean and cozy. We all slept really well and the kids had so much fun playing in the big grassy yard, watching fish in the pond and playing on the play structure. We would definitely stay here again.
