Cottage vacation rentals in Oregon

We had an absolutely lovely night at the carriage house! Hilary and Priscilla were great hosts, very responsive and accommodating. It was such a beautiful home, well equipped with thoughtful amenities, an we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower and hot tub! Thank you for a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We had the great stay and instantly fell in love with this charming pink vintage getaway. Every detail felt so thoughtful — from the cozy decor to the super comfy bed. The place was sparkling clean, perfectly central, and had everything we needed, and the hot tub? Our dog felt right at home too. We’re already talking about our next visit — we’ll definitely be back! Peaceful and private. Loved the color palette and decor, very homey. Clean and was surprised to see/read that pets are allowed because other than the “pet basket” there’s no trace of animals! Appreciated the plug-ins not being plugged in as I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and it can be a problem for me when there are a lot of artificial fragrances in a rental home. Enjoyed binging on Netflix and the hot tub during stormy weather. Kylee was very responsive and helpful. If we come to Rockaway Beach again, we will stay here again.

This place was perfect for a quick business trip! The hot tub and view of the stars was wonderful in the evening. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs tagging along. We so appreciated the extras such as the provided dog bed and towel. We also loved that the cleaning list was short and that the owners don’t let food go to waste. Overall, the home was quirky in a good way and worked great for our needs!

Sabrina’s place is a magical oasis overflowing with detail & charm. The weather kept us inside for our whole stay, but we got to bask in the comfort that the cottage provides effortlessly. Everything was thought of, well stocked, & lived-in. I hope to visit again one day.

Charming home on the river and very well maintained

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Super cozy and cute. Loved the hot tub and the area was very peaceful. Lots of frogs at night (which I think are peaceful sounding). Overall great stay, I only wish that I would’ve booked an extra day to truly enjoy it :) next time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Scottage! Great communication with the host, and very easy check in/and check out. The beds, pillows and linens were all very comfy and cozy. There were tons of extra blankets as well, which I always appreciate! You cannot beat the location of this cottage either, just a few mins from the beach!!!! The fully gated property was a plus as well, since we had our little dog with us and he was free to wander and sniff and go potty without us worrying. We would definitely stay here again, or recommend to a friend!

This was our second trip to The Rocky Whale in the last six months. We love it here. For us, the location is incredible. We spend as much time on the beach possible and being able to cross the street to the dune path and be at the ocean in less than 5 minutes is incredible. Low-tide tide pools? Check. Entire groups of seals? Check. Eagles? Check. Milky Way on a clear night? Also check! We are grateful for the ability to bring our dogs and the big open space downstairs to be able to house their crates. The bed/bath/kitchen has always been clean and comfortable and when the storms come through being able to hang out in the big living space upstairs and keep ourselves entertained (tv… storm… games.. etc) has come in handy. The kitchen is well appointed. We eat in when we stay here and there is nothing we haven’t been able to handle (sometimes a little improvisation is needed!) We were never able to find the tv remote on our second trip… but there is an app for that.

Alder Cove Cottage is exactly what we hoped it would be! It's close to the beach and to Tillamook, it's comfortable and cozy, and it was well stocked with dishes and essentials so we could really feel at home. The host is responsive and friendly. I very much recommend staying here.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Rockaway Cottage, especially our 2 year old who found the toys, dresses and decor of the home to be so exciting and entertaining! The cottage was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The location was nice and quiet and the walk to the beach wasn't too bad, even for our toddler to make on her own. We didn't get to use the large deck or fire pit as much as we would have liked, but they were also great additions to the space.

Teri's place was the cleanest I've seen in a while. She responded almost immediately when I needed a last minute place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything I needed. Teri's place was comfortable and cozy and I will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! We booked both the Cottage and Big Red Barn for a three-day getaway with another couple. Both were very well appointed with quality towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. There are also many special touches that make you feel welcomed. Beyond the lodging itself, the location is beautiful and such a joy with all the friendly animals, river, views, etc. The weather wasn’t great for us, so we couldn’t take advantage of the riverfront, fire pit, bbq, or other outdoor amenities. However, we enjoyed many local wineries and will come back for a future stay when it’s warm and sunny.

The house is beautiful and comfortable and sparkling clean!

Cute, clean, wonderfully appointed. A nice wa loaf of bread, adjustable bed, warming pads on the bed, two great heaters to keep the place nice and toasty. I’ve stayed now at about 4 different properties run by Dolce Vita and they have all been fantastic. And they keep their prices down. You will not do better in Baker than Dolce Vita.

Words fall short when it comes to a pristine property, stellar hosts, and a comfortable homey atmosphere. This was our second visit and it was very much like returning home,

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful cozy cottage! It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. The home had so many thoughtful touches and the host is an incredibly kind human.

The Bee Cottage is very cute and quaint. The house had everything needed , and Jim was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts! I spent a cozy weekend crocheting, reading, and hiking at the nearby trails. This cottage was the perfect spot!

Due to unfortunate circumstances in our travel we weren’t able to make it to their place but they were amazing to contact us back and even went way above and beyond and refunded us the money they didn’t have to. Absolutely amazing people and a beautiful home. I’d recommend them to everyone who’s going through. If 6/5 stars was an option I’d have put that.
