Monthly Rentals in Orange

We had a great stay at Craftsman Corner Loft. The loft was cozy, clean, and perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable to restaurants, shops, and Chapman University. Ariana was a wonderful host and made checkin a breeze. Private parking and private entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

Citrus Cottage was what I was hoping for and more. The location was perfect for a visit with our Chapman student, very easy to get to campus and to the Orange Circle, plus it felt private and very safe. Christina and Daniel were very friendly and helpful, so many extra touches. The house was just as pictured and the backyard area was amazing, we enjoyed many hours in the sun in the private area behind the cottage. We loved being there and cannot wait to return. Thank you Christina and Daniel for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

I throughly enjoyed my time at Liv's bungalow. It was very clean, decorated adorably (cozy) and she was so sweet to include a few refreshments for my late arrival/breakfast the following morning. (It was a huge help! Thank you!) I had reached out to her prior to my trip for some recommendations on groceries near by and she kindly printed out and left the recommendations for me on the coffee table. I was grateful for the a/c during the day and the heat during the cool evenings accompanied by a great selection of cozy blankets and pillows. It definitely felt like home and a place I wanted to bring my family back with me. I was sad to leave!

Thinh was a great host and this home had everything we needed for a 5 week stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of closet space for a longer stay. This was walking distance from Historic Old Town Orange, so we walked to some great restaurants every weekend and some weeknights. We are highly reliant on internet, and we had no issues. Groceries, gas stations and major highways close by. We felt at home here. Thank you, Thinh!
