Villa vacation rentals in Old Town

Great place. Close to everything we wanted to do. Jessica was responsive and nice to deal with.

Wonderful little house. Family of five (2 adults/3 kids). Everyone had a bed, including the sofabed (which our oldest slept comfortably). Great communication and responded to minor issues. Thank you for a great stay!!!

This house is wonderful. It is much larger than the photos portray. It has a screened-in room that gives you delightful views of the birds in the backyard. The house is very comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host responded quickly to questions. The house is 15-20 minutes from most Gainesville attractions. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay during our holiday trip. The place was as pictured, great host, who responded promptly. We will consider this home the next we are in town.
