The house is beautiful and incredibly clean with well appointed notes for frequently asked questions (which was so perfect and comforting for a worry wart with lots of questions, like me). And the scenery around the location was just stunning! We saw so much wildlife while here! Can’t recommend enough!!

Cute little garage apartment had all we needed for a three day stay. I only wish we would have visited in the summer so we could have enjoyed the lake.

Perfect place for a quiet weekend. My husband and I just didn't want to disturb the family because we are night owls. However, the studio had everything a person could need. comfy bed, roomy bathroom, kitchenette, and TV. Thank you, Lee!

This location is everything you think it would be from the photos, and you won't regret running this accommodation because the whole experience of the location is breathtaking. Along with a responsive host who wants to make sure you have a great stay.

We found Kelly's place was clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. It's located on a short section of Edgewater Dr. and since it's not a thru street there is no traffic and it's very quiet. The apartment is nicely furnished and everything is supplied to make your visit memorable. The nearby farmers market and city area are great. Kelly was available and reached out to offer help if needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep but didn’t spend much time there. Nice, quiet place. Well light. Third time to stay at a property of Michael’s. He is quick to respond to questions. Clean and comfortable furniture. Well maintained. We will stay again at a property he owns if available.

Janet was very responsive. The house and setting were perfect for us. Beds and furniture were comfortable, rooms clean and comfy, kitchen very well stocked with utensils, serving and cookware. wonderful little touches like beer mugs ready to go in the freezer, Kureg coffee makers upstairs and down in basement area with workout room, extra frig washer and dryer. Stayed at Kari’s place for the weekend and had a wonderful time with my family. I definitely would book with her again! She was very proactive with instructions and flexible with check in/out times. The house was super clean and the view from the back porch was beautiful! We also had great weather and were able to use the kayaks that were available. Made some great memories.

Oh my goodness! When I read the reviews of this particular BNB I knew I picked the perfect place for my birthday! The house was so clean! So neat & there was so many amenities and dishes so that we can cook and everything. We literally had everything we needed while staying at this home. The floors are heated , the scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was so quiet , the views were amazing and he was so nice and so responsive! Check in and out was easy and simple. I will give this house a 100/100 because it was that enjoyable for my friends and I! It was so clean , spotless , WiFi connection was great and I just overall had the best time at this home I thank you so much Doug for your great hospitality and everything! Everything was so beautiful! If you are planning on staying at this home I would recommend 100 times!

I love the historic aspect of the home. Marietta is a city steeped in history and to experience a small piece of it makes the stay very special. The downtown is easily accessible with a short walk across the bridge and there are many fine eating establishments within walking distance.

Brooke’s place was fantastic!! My family loved it - we felt right at home and very relaxed. The location and screened in front porch was the best. Everything was simple clean and comfortable and Brooke is very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I took two of our grandchildren to Cedar Point Amusement Park and stayed In Jonathan and Amanda's condo. The condo was in downtown Sandusky and was within walking distance to some shops and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to Cedar Point. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and left some recommendations in the condo, of places to dine and things to see while in the area. The condo was immaculately clean and was very roomy for the four of us. It was a lovely place to stay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again if we go to Cedar Point in the future.

We have stayed at the loft twice now. We love the close distance to Cedar Point and the peaceful setting and beautiful views. It had everything we needed to be comfortable on our trip.

Stayed here as a weekend get away. House was super clean and super nice. Like a home away from home and definitely will be coming back

Great space to spend the holiday with the family. we had a great time at Chris and Jaime's condo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sandusky.

Chesapeake Lofts are a great location in Sandusky. Paul and Team were great hosts with easy instructions and always proactive with communication. We will definitely be staying again.

Condo had a very modern look, very clean. The beds were comfortable. The check-in, check-out process was easy as well. Maribeth is a great host!

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the jet express & just a few minutes from grocery & restaurants. Lovely views from balcony of the lake & the docks. 20-30 min drive from Cedar Point & Kelley’s Island ferry. Such a nice place & plan to return again. All amenities were well thought out. Even a hair dyer which I was grateful because I forgot mine.

We came for a Tuesday-Thursday girls trip for 6 of us. The instructions were clear and Paul consistently communicated with us. It was easy to get in and get settled. We loved having a view of the lake from both balconies. The entire unit was clean and we had plenty of room for all of us. We easily rented a golf cart and were off to explore the island. It was a great location for our trip!
