This is a perfect Airbnb in my opinion, and Gretchen is a lovely host. Parking, check in, and check out were a breeze. The space is private and peaceful yet steps away from downtown and river walk. I found the bed to be super comfortable, too. Scones and fruit for breakfast is the ultimate cherry on top!

We had a great stay at this Air B&B! The garden area was so pretty. I loved the fresh smell from the tulips in the morning. It was cozy inside. We really liked the heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom. Close to everything in the downtown area and we felt safe, which is important to us staying close to the city. It is close to a busy street, however with my Calm music app on through the night, we weren’t bothered by any traffic noise. Thank you Richard for being a wonderful host!

The hot tub has somewhat strict rules so I'd recommend checking weather before staying. We were bummed not to use it but overall the place was nice and a great value. Plenty of convenient extra toiletries and surprise snacks were available.

We really appreciated that there are toys and books, a baby gate, pack n play and booster seat. Close to the airport and to the park and playground. I’m sure we will stay again!

This was perfect for what we needed! Close to OSU campus and the Short North. The host was very communicative and helped get us set up with the parking permit in a timely manner. We walked a few places and felt totally safe as there were many other people walking around. We’ll look for the listing again when we come back!
