Townhome vacation rentals in Oceanside City Beach

Cindy's place was perfect again. This is our second stay! Fully stocked kitchen (crockpot, pots/pans, etc), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tvs in each room, bbq grill, front and back deck for relaxing outside. Everything you need to cook and chill at home and play games after a day at the beach! A short two minute walk to stairs that go to the beach or to watch a gorgeous sunrise/set!! We had seven people with plenty of room and plenty of hot water the entire time. The community is super safe with a guarded gate. And also has a pool and hot tub! Lots of cute shops and restaurants within just a few miles! And a grocery store just around the corner. This place is centrally located to everything without being in the over crowded, busy, no parking part of town!

Great location right across the beach. House was spacious and clean. The concierge was very responsive to every request. Would recommend highly.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

This was our fourth or fifth stay at Debbie’s. Always clean and well stocked. She is so easy to communicate with and always friendly and accommodating with special requests. It has become my family’s home away from home. The view is spectacular

Linda greeted us on arrival and showed us around the townhouse and the complex. This was a wonderful place to stay and had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Beautiful complex right on the beach. Linda was on hand for any advice and help and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the townhouse.

Laura was an extremely pleasant host and our stay was just as expected. Great area with easy walkable access to Del Mar dog beach. Close to everything we wanted. Host was very responsive with any and all questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay with our family! The house is homey and comfortable. Kitchen & bedroom are well equipped and clean. Close to many restaurants. Walking distance to delicious coffee shops. Just a few steps away from the unit there are some benches where you can spend a beautiful and relaxing time contemplating the sea. Or you can go downstairs to enjoy the beach. The communication with the host is excellent.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas holiday here at Seabluffe complete with a little tree and decorations thanks to Brett. We were very comfortable in this home and felt very safe in this area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved listening to the ocean on the deck..our daughter loved the loft area as soon as she saw it and claimed it for the week. Our family spent a number of nights playing train dominos which were available at the house as well as a number of other games and books to keep everyone entertained. As a host we found Brett was very thoughtful and accommodating, he gave us some great recommendations for food options and we found him to be responsive and easy going with any questions requests we had. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it as a great home option to relax in and enjoy San Diego 😊Thanks for everything Brett , wishing you all the best in the New Year !

Place was clean, comfortably fit four adults and a child, and was in a great location near the beach and shopping in Solana Beach and Del Mar. Mallorie was responsive and gave us tons of suggestions of things to do, which we found very helpful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Allison’s place was awesome! Lots of space. Clean and quiet. Super responsive hosts. We have stayed in many places in Encinitas and this is our favorite! Definitely will stay again. Super close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

What a great place with all the amenities. One block from the beach . Walking distance to Carlsbad village , restaurants, and the beach . Parking in the garage . I highly recommend this place !

We stayed in this modern condo with attached garage for two weeks. The place is extremely convenient with easy access to interstate 15. The house is modern, clean with comfy beds and all the amenities. This is the first Airbnb that we have been to which has large screen TV ( with Netflix connection) in every room. The living room as well as all the rooms are very spacious. The open kitchen has all the amenities. The master bathroom is large and all other bathrooms are of good size. The owner of the property is extremely responsive and addressed a few of our needs right away. ( for example, he fitted the bathrooms with handheld shower before we even moved in). We will be back in this house again.

Joell is such a kind person, and her place was spotless and wonderful. My mother in law stayed there for a month, and it was really fantastic. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, easy parking (including for guests), feels quiet even though close to a street. No one walking above you - end unit so very nice. Just perfect!

Loved our stay here. The place is clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the close proximity to the community pool and overlook of the water. We weren’t expecting the beach access to be so rocky. We did need to walk a greater distance to find sand. However, would highly recommend!

The location and home are wonderful. You are steps away from Seaside Market, great shops and wonderful drinking and dining options. This family-friendly home had absolutely everything we needed during our stay including boogie boards, bikes, surfboards, a wagon and beach chairs. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for our crew of six. Trevor made the check in process so painless and easy, including an early check-in, and super responsive texts if there were any issues or questions. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely recommend this beautiful home to all of our family and friends!

We had a great time staying at Kelly’s place. Good location, Close to restaurants and supermarkets within couple mins drive. Plus a playground near by which is great for a family with kids.

Beautiful town home at a cul de sac on a peaceful street in Encinitas. It was close car ride to many restaurants and beaches for surfing in Encinitas and easy access to interstate-5. A short car ride to San Diego sites such as the San Diego zoo and Midway museum and restaurants. The home is well stocked with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and dishes with a large refrigerator. The patio is very neat with many plantings and a table with chairs. Overall, it was a good accommodation size for our group of three and also good for four or two couples. Thank you, Guy, for renting your place to us, we had a great stay and will again in the future.

Beautiful downstairs portion of a two-story home right on the beach. The parking spaces are very tight. You do have to walk down a couple flights of stairs to get to the front door. We felt safe and secure. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and they do have a Keurig. We loved our stay! The fire pit in the backyard was shared with the people staying upstairs so that was a bit of a bother but other than that, it provided everything we needed.

Morgan’s place was just as she described. It is a beautifully decorated condo and was a perfect spot for two couples in town for the Breeder’s cup. It is walking distance to the track, the beach and downtown Solona. Morgan was the perfect host! We had a great time! Thanks Morgan!

My husband and I along with our two younger girls had the pleasure of staying at this great home. There is nothing better than going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The view was wonderful and having coffee in the morning on the balcony was awesome. The house was very nice and clean and had everything you need. It was great to have the ability to walk down the pathway to the set of stairs that takes you right down to the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance too! The condo felt very private and had very comfortable beds and a great large couch. The girls liked sleeping in the little loft on the top level ..We will definitely be back .. thank you Renee !
