Love the location and easy to walk everywhere. Always clean and owners check in multiple times during stay. My second stay this year.

Lovely updated property, plenty of space and the kitchen had a lot of what we needed to cook. Great appliances. We did have to drive to the nicer sandy beaches, walking wasn’t really easy, with all of our beach stuff. Plenty of parking and just a nice spot. The beds were comfy, however the bedroom next to the kitchen, was loud and the lights shown in- you could hear everything happening in the kitchen, which didn’t allow for sleeping in. My only suggestion would be to have comfy chairs for sitting outside on the front porch area. It’s really a cool spot! Aja was really helpful and responsive. Thank You Aja!

Christie was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The property was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

We were in Cardiff to visit my son, and could not have chosen a better location! The spot is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and even a small grocery store. It is a slightly longer walk to the beach. The area is hilly and you will get your exercise, which worked for us. The apartment was as described. The kitchen area appeared to be an old entryway from the garage and the space is quite small. We used the top of the washing machine as a counter, as there was no other spot to set things down. Not a big deal if you don't plan on making meals, which we didn't. The beds were very comfortable, as was the common area. Noah was helpful in getting us settled, and checked in with us through our stay. We ran into a slight issue with parking on nights when we arrived home after 10pm, but Noah quickly found a solution for us. Overall, the slight negatives were MORE than outweighed by the positives. The area is beautiful, the apartment quiet, and we would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

"An Unforgettable Beachfront Experience" Staying at "Forty Feet from Pacific Ocean" was an absolute dream! Matthew's hospitality was top-notch—he made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is unbeatable; waking up to the sound of waves and being steps away from the beach was a surreal experience The sunsets were magical, and having the beach and ocean as our backyard made this one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating trips we've ever had. A wonderful paradise for anyone looking for an exceptional beachfront getaway!

Perfect short stay for our family. Clean and uncluttered, yet with everything we needed for young kids and adults. Host was very responsive to our questions. Loved the short walk to dinner, coffee, and beach (the Leucadia beach access while under construction was still open to pedestrians and a gorgeous sunset spot). Short drive to LEGOland, etc. As noted by others, the Coaster train is a block away and audible but did not disturb our sleep or enjoyment (we have small children for that!). Would recommend highly and stay again.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Cozy little house walking distance to the beach. Very clean and nice amenities in the location. We enjoyed the hog tub and outdoor sitting areas. Alexandra was responsive to our questions and helpful.

This is a super convenient location, and a wonderful cozy unit. Really couldn’t ask for a better host, they were responsive and gave very clear instructions. This is a good value as well, we plan to visit again in the Spring. Thank you.

This place was a magical getaway! We loved waking up and having coffee on the sun deck and watching the dolphins swim by. We also enjoyed our comfy beds, sunset views, chats by the outdoor fireplace, and beach walks. Anthony’s communication was top notch and I will definitely book again. Noel and Linda’s place was perfect for our family. We had Thanksgiving there, and a couple of other family days as well and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and have space to play games and gather inside. I would absolutely stay again, and maybe even rent the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Thank you Noel and Linda, we had a great time!

Let me help any future guests understand something. A true beach house is made to be utilized for the purpose of enjoying the beach. If you don’t like a worked in, well used older home close to the beach, this place might not be for you, but this home was everything we were hoping for when staying at a beach house. Pros… this house has its own PARKING!! Amazing!! And it’s on a one way street!! Also amazing because it keeps down traffic. Great natural light and a really authentic genuine feel. Host was great and the shower had hot water!! Nice!! Cons…The train station is close by so you will hear the train come in and out. It didn’t bother me at all, but it might annoy someone who wants to hear nothing but a sea breeze. Kitchen supplies are non existent so bring spices, cooking oil, and any thing else you might need for food such as foil, plastic wrap and zip lock bags. The neighbors can be loud at times. It’s a beach community, so understandable. Location is awesome!!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Great condo located right next to river mouth beach. The condo is well equipped and ready to enjoy.

Great space that is close to the beach. The complex is well maintained. Imran communicated well with us and personally walked us through the condo to make sure we were satisfied. Beach chairs, sand toys all provided. Close to Camp Pendleton and some great restaurants. Would book again and highly recommend!

Booked this place for my fiancé, it was his first time seeing and experiencing the ocean. We absolutely loved this place! Beach access 24/7, great restaurants at walking distance, peaceful surroundings, koi pond, and everything felt safe. There was initially a miscommunication with the cleaning service and we walked into a dirty place, but we let Paul know and had them there within the hour. We didn't mind as this can easily happen to anyone and Paul resolved it extremely fast with so much kindness. We will definitely be back, thank you Paul & Lisa! <3

We very much liked the location of North Coast Village at the end of the Oceanside strand and Abraham's unit from which you could hear the waves and catch a view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. The unit was as advertised in great shape. It was easy to feel comfortable and enjoy the space. Definately recommend.

What an amazing location! Steps away from Oceanside Beach - great restaurants within under 1/2 mile, and incredible view to watch the sunsent. 10/10 would come back in a heartbeat!!
