Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Nicely decorated and spacious condo on second floor. Queen bedroom has 42" flat tv and attached bath. 70" flat screen tv in living room with Max and Netflix. High speed 150mb WIFI internet with Cox Panoramic. Balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped property including a lovely pool, built in hot tub and gas grill. Clubhouse with fitness equipment and comfortable gathering area and large screen TV. Reserved off street parking. Excellent and very convenient location. Non-smoking premises.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The abundance of beds made it comfortable for everyone. The peaceful ambiance allowed us to enjoy the sunset from the patio. Our host was exceptionally friendly and responsive. The only minor consideration is that the drive to Legoland took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

This house was clean and comfortable. The yard space and games were great for the kids. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a playground in walking distance. There was an issue with the heater and the host was super responsive and resolved it right away. We would stay here again.

We booked last minute and during spring break so there lots of places were already booked up. We knew of hikes we wanted to do at Torrey Pines and Annie’s Canyon so this location was nice in proximity. The property is safe and beautiful. We grabbed a few groceries at Gelson’s grocery nearby and had fabulous lunches and dinners in Carlsbad, Encinitas and Carlsbad! Lots of great golf options in this area too. Her space was clean and comfortable. She was very responsive and great to work with. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The price point for the space and this area is tough to beat!

Felt to me like a high-end retreat with the private sauna and cold plunge. Spent a lot of time sun bathing and relaxing outside reading and enjoying the perfect SD weather. Was also roughly 15-20 min to the beach, which was a nice surprise. The house itself is stunning. Truly no short cuts or cheap tricks as far as mattresses, linens, towels, kitchenware, furniture, curtains, etc. You know what I mean if you've been to pretty much any other airbnb -- no Ikea here. I don't usually write up reviews, but I was pretty thoroughly impressed. Very very nice! Would love to return.

Sandhya’s place is a gem. Perfect spot within the complex and beach and very clean and comfortable. She is an amazing host and was super communicative throughout the entire stay. We were on a pseudo work trip and the spot was perfect with great wifi and a great view. Many thanks for the amazing hospitality and looking forward to our next run to Oside. Epic host and person!!

North Coast Village is an immaculately well kept, gorgeous tropical property right on the beach and this condo within it is just absolutely perfect! The beach decor is so well done, and brings the beachy feel right inside, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. Timothy was an excellent host. He met us onsite upon our arrival, showed us to our unit, and even helped us with our bags. We will definitely be back!!!
