Beach condo vacation rentals in Oceanside

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and short walk to the harbor and the pier. The grounds of the complex are quiet, peaceful, beautifully landscaped and quick access to the beach! The unit was a little worn with furniture and linings, but it didn’t bother us at all. The unit was spacious and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the pool area and a nice small view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, loved the big TVs. Cons were the insulation is not good. If someone is above you, you can hear them walking around and stuff. The floor of unit could have been cleaned a little better in the unit, not terrible at all, just didn’t seem freshly mopped. Finding the office to check in was a little tricky so get good directions from owner. We walked everywhere, to eat, to the pier, to the harbor, loved the quick walk to the beach to watch the surfers or the gorgeous sunsets. We look forward to staying here again. We love Oceanside and this unit was great for us.

This was my second time visiting and it is always great! Can’t beat the location! I’ll definitely be back!

Lorraine's condo is a treasure! My husband and I have stayed at NCV multiple times, this is our favorite condo to date. The views are absolutely stunning, the cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch. Lorraine reached out to check on us and we had multiple friendly conversations around local spots to eat and hang out. From door to sand is about a 4 minute leisurely walk! We loved all the supplies in the condo, cooked a couple amazing meals with all the kitchen equipment. We will be back, this place will not disappoint!

The condo was amazing inside and out. You cannot beat the views of the Pacific! Every bedroom, and the main room have large sliding glass doors that look directly out over the ocean. Tons of seating and a large kitchen if you decide to cook. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also great! Overall I had a great time, and I will definitely be coming back!

Staying at Paul's place was amazing. The view from the condo and its deck is stunning. And it was such fun to watch the surfers crush the waves too. The condo is in a perfect location in La Jolla and is close to anything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was even better than what the pictures looked like and exceeded all our expectations. I am in a wheelchair and the unit was completely accessible for me to enter and function in. Just had to bring my own shower chair. It was such a blessing!

It was the most beautiful view I’ve ever awoke to. The tide was high so there was no beach while we were there but the man-made beach for the backyard was perfect. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Was just as described. Nicely furnished but very comfortable to live in- quiet. Would stay here again.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Excellent! Highly recommend for a relaxing comfortable stay that feels good for the soul. Had everything needed for a wonderful holiday, with steps down to the beach, comfortable bed and couch, bbq and hot tub and pool. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Warren is a great host, he was responsive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is beautiful and clean, he has his own streaming services on the TV, kitchen full of utensils, walking distance to the beach, and there’s bikes and beach equipment you can use. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Thank you Warren.

I can’t say enough about this house. The views are amazing and the host are amazing as well. We will definitely be back. Can’t stay anywhere else knowing that this place is available thank you so much for everything you do and the vacation you provided.

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

I can not speak more highly of Brian's hospitality. He was extremely responsive to messages through the app. The place had very thoughtful snacks, and charging cords. The option to rent a golf cart was great!

Denise’s place was truly a hidden gem. Wonderful location, so close to the beach and perfect for a family stay.

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed at Amy's place for the holidays. It is brand new, clean and the location is hard to beat. It accommodated our large group perfectly. Amy was very friendly.

Lovely view of ocean and racetrack in a spacious, clean condo. Great location near the quaint town of Del Mar and the city of San Diego. Wide choice of restaurants and cafes within minutes away. Brigantine is our favorite, especially for seafood. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances. Coffee too! Access to washer/dryer helpful.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

This place is super cute! We chose it because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. The views were incredible and the host thought out every detail very well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the private patio and hot tub made it the perfect stay. It was a great spot for us to stay with our dog and we hope to visit again.

Exceptional views and access to the beach. Ideal location with close proximity to Carlsbad Village. The home is beautiful and well-maintained. Our family had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this home!

Wow! The view here was spectacular… just like the pictures and more. Wonderful stay. Place was spotless and beautiful. This is a premium location directly across from a prized surf break. Would definitely recommend!
