Beach condo vacation rentals in Oceanside

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

This condo was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, within walking distance to anything & everything! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space. Loved being right on the beach, watching the waves, and breathing in the ocean air. Would definitely stay again!

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. We are long time vacation guests at North Coast Village (NCV) as we love Oceanside and this complex is perfectly located. Among the several places we have rented, Lorraine’s unit is a standout. The view is great and the ocean clearly audible. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware etc, which is important to us as we mostly cook in. Although we didn’t use them, there seems to be an over the top selection beach ‘gear’ and toys. As a host, Lorraine was super: very responsive and communicative. She kindly worked with us to honor a couple of special requests. She also checked in with us periodically to make sure all was well during our stay. This is now our ‘go to’ unit at NCV!

The condo was amazing inside and out. You cannot beat the views of the Pacific! Every bedroom, and the main room have large sliding glass doors that look directly out over the ocean. Tons of seating and a large kitchen if you decide to cook. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also great! Overall I had a great time, and I will definitely be coming back!

Paul’s place in Windansea was absolutely perfect. The home was impeccably kept, making it feel warm, inviting, and truly like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the space was evident, and everything was well thought out for a comfortable stay. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning view. Watching the sunsets from the house was nothing short of breathtaking—a perfect way to end each day. Paul was a fantastic host, responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in La Jolla!

We enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Street rental very much! The view is spectacular, beach access is along the side of the unit and neighbors are close. It is one of six units and we were top floor. There is some noise from the street and we could hear some from the units below us The bed was comfortable and there is an IKEA sofa-bed in the living room which was nice as our son spent one night with us. The bed was comfortable in the bedroom and there are blackout blinds. The bedroom windows are on the street and side where the beach access is so, privacy is an issue unless they are kept closed during the day as well. If you plan on cooking a lot, the kitchen has the basics however, limited utensils and accessories, no spices, coffee or tea is provided. There are plenty of shopping options close by. There are adequate dishes, pots/pans and serving bowls etc. We had friends over one night and the the sunset was beautiful! I highly recommend the place!

Gina is very responsive and the apartment is well stocked. It is very clean and the location is great. The beds are comfortable and we had a great night sleep. We have stayed with Gina for four times and really love the apartment.

What a gorgeous spot on the beach! Great private beach and pools and hottub. Walkable to eating and shopping. Amazing sunsets and peaceful place. We’re going back!

Excellent! Highly recommend for a relaxing comfortable stay that feels good for the soul. Had everything needed for a wonderful holiday, with steps down to the beach, comfortable bed and couch, bbq and hot tub and pool. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Niloo's place was a great location. Niloo was attentive to us and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in an excellent location, close to the beach and just a quick turn off I-5. Very accessible, it had everything you’d need for a short or long term stay. David was a great host and was extremely helpful when there was minor requests or questions that came up. The BBQ grill was awesome for cooking. I’d recommend his condo to anyone staying in Oceanside, whether it’s just a weekend trip or a long term stay!

Stormalee was great to work with! The house was beautiful and exactly like the description says. It is well stocked with everything you would need on vacation near the beach! We had a small mishap with the propane tank and Stormalee responded immediately and had a solution! We went to visit our elderly family and Stormalee was flexible with us having guests over. My mom is already talking about coming back next year!

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

It was a lovely condo, and I discovered about half way through the week that sitting on the deck was the best seat in the house for reading and looking out at the ocean. A blanket provided came in handy for the cool afternoons. There were a few technical issues with the TV and the new Nest, but Mindy was super responsive, and the issues were quickly resolved. I would happily stay here again.

What an amazing location! The entire complex evoked a private tropical getaway. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Loved feeding the Koi fish. The entire complex was gated and a key fob was needed to get in. We felt very safe. The unit we stayed in had a spectacular view at sunset. I wish we could post photos with our reviews. We stayed with another couple and layout was perfect for two couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom separated by the living area between us. We loved the two balconies. The location was very quiet and we never heard any of the neighbors. The unit and the entire complex were nice and clean. We slept in the upstairs bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is showing some (very little) signs of wear, but nothing that would hinder our wanting to return or your enjoying your stay. We are hoping to book it again for next year as soon as we know our travel dates. The host was great at communicating- very proactive and professional.

we absolutely loved our stay! it was incredibly comfortable and so convenient! we loved it so much, that we extended our stay and Denise brought went out of her way to make sure we had enough coffee and paper products! would absolutely stay again the next time we're in carlsbad!

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed at Amy's place for the holidays. It is brand new, clean and the location is hard to beat. It accommodated our large group perfectly. Amy was very friendly.

Beautiful views! House was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The toys in the bedroom were a huge hit for our 4 year old. Anne was very responsive with all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location for our San Diego visit. It was within walking distance to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants along Camino Del Mar. Nina’s house was very spacious and we loved having the outdoor patio and the comfy beds and lots of space to unpack for our 4 night stay. Nina is a terrific host - super responsive to texts and she welcomed us with a great goody basket assortment. Thank you again Nina. We hope to return soon!
