Monthly Rentals in Ocean View

The owner is super nice and very responsive. The house is nicely decorated and the backyard is great for kids and dogs. Quiet neighborhood with a few blocks' walk to a relaxed section of beach, with cool beach stuff provided in the house. The kitchen cabinets are overly full with stuff so make sure that you don’t bring many non-perishables. No dressers but plenty of closet space. Couch bed was a nice bonus. Something is wrong with the internet connection - severely slow speeds even during working hours. Emily tried to help resolve the issues but the Cox tech that came out just blew us off. Not her fault but made work from home difficult-to-impossible.

Nathan is the best host in the 757! This is my second time renting one of his properties and I could not be happier with my stays. Always a pleasure to communicate with, and super proactive. This apartment is well furnished throughout. The queen bed and lounger sofa were both clean and very comfortable. The apartment feels very spacious compared to some 1 bedrooms. The bathroom is not attatched to the bedroom, the laundry is in the hallway, and there is a small patio outside the kitchen. The forced air and ceiling fans worked perfectly to maintain a comfortable tempature, and best of all it was a short walk to the beach! I would definitely stay again!

This is my favorite place to stay in Norfolk. It's like having your own little oceanside apartment for the weekend. It also has a nice little kitchen area where you can prepare meals. The bed is also very comfortable and there's lots of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

Chuck will confirm this was our first "test run" into "snowbirding" and with the exception of the weather (first snow in 3 years) it could not have been better. The Cottage was magnificent, clean, cozy, warm and perfect for 2 adults and a small dog (that fenced yard was awesome). We had 2 tiny issues (and I mean tiny) and Chuck was there within 20 minutes to rectify both, and I'm glad we had em because it gave us a chance to get to know him a bit, and what a nice guy, wish we lived closer to each other, I think we'd be good friends. Great location, close to everything, groceries, good restaurants, fast food, etc. I'd recommend to anyone interested (especially if you have a dog}. Thanks to Chuck and his lovely wife Robin for a great "test run" into getting out of Maine for a very cold month! George & Beth (and Kelly) !!
