The most beautiful place, exceeding all expectations. The views are spectacular. We breathed in peace and tranquility. A fabulous place to celebrate my 80th birthday with the whole family -- 16 of us. Everyone was comfortable in the space. In addition to being the perfect host, Samantha provided surprise extras which was such fun! Just a few of the highlights: S'mores at the firepit, lobster dinners, seals, bald eagles and fireworks. She made our stay truly memorable. My family gives the place the highest recommendation.

Had a few month long stay for work, and saw winter turn to spring at this great place. The view is amazing, and there’s everything you would want or need right here. Thanks Craig for being so responsive and flexible. Check this place out on your way through, you won’t be disappointed! Wish I could be here for some summer fun!

This place is incredible. The hosts are very responsive, respectful, professional, and kind. The space itself is BEAUTIFUL. The Airbnb is a little cottage on shared property with the owners, but there is still privacy. The owners kept to themselves. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb is fully stocked - it feels like an actual home instead of a rental property. It has almost everything you can think of already in it - makeup remover towelettes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, working freezer and fridge, Roku TV, wifi, bedding, children’s toys, books, and games. I have never felt more at HOME in an Airbnb. It was a very rainy weekend while we stayed, but it was STILL cozy and beautiful. The hot tub is incredible. Seeing and hearing the water from the hot tub was such a nice addition. Truly a hidden gem. My son and I loved it there and are coming up with a plan to return before winter. This place is so worth every penny. So grateful

Adorable cottage, newly renovated. Perfect for two with an open space loft for one more. Kitchen is well stocked right down to the coffee. A good location if visiting Fort Knox, Mt. Barrie and not too far from Bar Harbor if that is on your list. Great stay, highly recommend. Beautiful view and private.

This was our second time staying here, my family and I love the tranquility of this little piece of heaven. Christopher’s home was beautiful, clean and well maintained.

Loved this little cabin and it was perfect for our trip to Acadia. Bed was very comfy after a long day of hiking. There were a decent amount of ants in the cabin, but this wasn’t too bothersome.

Eric is a super friendly host and he knows the local recommendations. His cabin is easy to check-in, clean and very peaceful. One sidenote is this listing doesn't provide wifi, making it ideal for people looking for an unplugged getaway. We truly enjoyed our time on the beautiful Maine coast!

Our stay at the cottage as repeat visitors was great as usual. We enjoyed the back screened in porch with the ocean view and took day trips to Boothbay and Harpswell to walk their dog friendly ocean front trails. We stayed an extra night this year but it still went by too fast!

The cabin was breathtaking, with a history painted and photographed among her walls. Perfect amount of space to accommodate a family should you have one. The morning sunrise was spiritual, and humbling. Host was incredibly friendly and accommodating for our dog. Arjuna. Will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an amazing and beautiful experience.

Galen and Cindy were wonderful hosts! The cottage was incredibly comfortable and made my husband, daughter, and me feel right at home. The location is perfect—just about 30 minutes from Acadia National Park and close to great restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 😊

This cabin was very comfortable with great amenities (cooking ware, laundry). The beds and linens were very clean and quite comfortable. We were each given two fresh white towels. The cabin is on a dead end street surrounded by A-frames and little cabins, pretty close together, but no so much thst it felt crowded. Its licated across the street from a lake. There is lake access about 5 houses down - a few minutes walk - down the road. We stayed in May and it was very quiet at night. Mostly, we saw no one, (being somewhat pre-season). But we met one neighbor on a walk who was very friendly and took a moment to say hello and pet put dogs. The local grounds were clean.

this was a fun cute cottage for my little family. we ended up having a tiny BBQ with some family while there. the place had everything you would need and more. the fire pit was a little further from the house then we thought however the quick walk was beautiful, easy, and it's a super cute little hidden area! everything was clean and easy to use. they had everything you'd need for a fur baby as well! we will hopefully be returning for our next visit :)

I can’t say this enough, Nathan and Kate were a dream! Everything was thought of .. amazing amenities, fresh scones, a packed picnic, the cottage was to die for! I would come back in a heartbeat. If you are ever in the Maine area you gotta check this place out!

Being at Carole's place was a total pleasure. If I could, I'd spend a lot of time living on a boat, and this was about as close as possible to that experience, only much more comfortable. I loved being able to see all that was going on in the bay - a lobster boat with a happy dog aboard, a kayak - but mostly birds, including a few visits from a couple of Bald Eagles. For anyone who enjoys nature and privacy, this place is heaven.

The cottage was an awesome stay. Beautiful views of the water from the front porch/fire pit area, super clean and useable space. Luis is a helpful and responsive host, with clear instructions to find and access the cottage. Thanks much!

Kurt and Jackiee were wonderful and responsive hosts. Their property was completely clean spotless as there were no complaints in that end. The road noise is a little bit bothersome for the work week mornings or trying to enjoy a quiet morning, but it doesn’t completely ruin the vibes offered by the lakefront view. Oven is small and a bit finicky (we had to ask for help) and so if you were tying to bake something that’s uses a pan bigger than the average sized cookie sheet, you’re out of luck. They supplied basic condiments and plenty of linens to last our 4 night stay. Super safe location and a perfect way to wake up in the morning. Would come here again or recommend to a couple looking for an awesome cottage near Acadia. If you’re picky about pillows, definitely BYO as they are on the softer side for the bed.

We enjoyed the cottage. It was clean, comfortable and as described. We had some difficulty figuring out how to use heating and later with TV. Jeff responded quickly with clear guidance on both. Followed up with us throughout the visit to be sure we had everything we needed.
