Scarborough vacation rentals

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for years. This is the first year we traveled to Wells around the holidays and the first time we used Air BnB. Beautiful time of year to see the lower coastline of Maine. The Air BnB on Atlantic Ave that David hosted is perfect. The atmosphere, location, beachfront, and a spacious patio/deck is amazing. The master bedroom has a remarkable view of the ocean and allows you to hear the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach for that calm feeling. The town had their 39th annual holiday parade which did not disappoint. No question the Seafood in the area is stellar. Many small shops in the area and if you have time Portland is an hour away and they have a very eclectic scene. Kennebunkport, York, Ogunquit are all in driving distance, those towns are gorgeous as well. We love Wells Beach and everything seems to center around its location. Be advised that some of the local business may be closed due to being seasonal. Thank you David.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Wow…just wow. I’m a super host myself and this stay was above and beyond! Incredible! Ideal location- lots of helpful “little touches” like condiments and butter in the fridge. Gorgeous location- this place was the perfect way to experience the Maine coast- what a gem and Donald is a proactive and responsive host- absolutely the best!

Fourth year in a row coming to Wendy’s place and we always love it!!! It truly feels like home and is so cute and comfy! I’ve never felt so comfortable somewhere before.

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay. Perfect for the weekend getaway. The kitchen was very convenient to have. The room was very warm and the heater worked fast despite visiting during a snow storm.

It was the perfect place for our trip! We will definitely look for this listing on our next visit!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. We had a great stay at Gregory's place, it was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 5 of us, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to Portland to do all the things we wanted. Greg was very quick to respond to any questions we had and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is that a cold January week in Maine was colder than Colorado ha-ha, but we were there for our Grand Daughters first birthday, so our time wasn't very flexible.

Our 1st time here and definitely not our last. Liz’s home is everything she said and much more.. We felt like we were in God’s country, so absolutely gorgeous! Every time we turned around… it was like, Wow! She also thought of that! There was so much to do. Her inside home was perfect for everyone including my elderly parents that stayed on the 1st floor, we all felt right at home. We had not seen our family in years, this was a good location for us to meet up. Liz has thought of everything when it comes to her home. It was a well deserved time away with the family considering what we just went through in Florida. Thank you again Liz! ❤️

My family and I love Sandy’s place. Lots of room, so comfortable and very clean! Sandy is so easy to communicate with and is always quick to reply! Close to the beach to take the dogs for a run in the winter months, close to town for restaurants, bowling, shopping. And just a great place to hang out, watch football, play games, or make pizza in the wood fired pizza oven! This is our second stay and we’ll be back.

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

we have stayed at Kathy's place a few times now and it is always top-notch. we love the area cleanliness and the great communication. can't wait till our next long weekend get away

This was absolutely the perfect spot to spend a cozy New Year's visit. The views all around are breathtaking and the house is set far back from the road and very quiet. And the house was absolutely pristine. If you are like me and are picky about your bedding I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and the sheets were lovely! You will rest so well! Also - if you have the opportunity, definitely visit Reid State park. It's about 25 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip.

Chris and Erica were the perfect hosts! My group and I had such a fantastic time together, and much of it was because of their hosting prowess. They were very helpful and responsive--before the trip and during. When we had a problem with the hot tub, Chris came up himself to fix it, and he was very respectful of our privacy while doing it! The house was great, too. Clean, large, and all the amenities you'd need... Really everything we could have asked for!

This was a great spot for a fall terrific lady weekend. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Of note, you can't really access the beach from the house; a short drive is required.
