Vacation rentals with lake access in North Warwickshire District

We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

Wow! Absolutely stunning, welcoming & immaculate home from home. Afra was an attentive host, who responded quickly, kept in contact with me, sent all the relevant information we needed & made sure we knew to contact her if we needed further assistance. Afra was kind enough to also leave us some biscuits & chocolate with an 'all you need to know' folder, which was so very thoughtful. Myself & 3 other very tired Momma's were in desperate need of a mini vacay that was not too far from home, close to the city & also Clifford Day Spa. Both were only a 12 minute Uber away, so this was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house has 3 levels with 4 beautiful double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite... & all spotlessly clean! The kitchen diner is stunning & the lounge is super comfortable. This property was everything we could have hoped for & more! We left feeling refreshed & energised to go back to our daily reality. We highly recommend Afra as a host & most definitely will return.

We used James’ AirBnB the night before I got married and it was exactly the right place to be before such an important day! Clean, clear instructions to find and enter, and lots of amenities to help relax before the big day!

The house was perfect for my weekend stay. Modern, clean, comfortable bed and sofa. Nice outdoor seating with patio doors to the garden. There was a well equipped kitchen with a lovely selection of biscuits, tea, coffee, jams, hot chocolate, sweets. Shower gel in the shower, washing up liquid, handwash, toilet rolls, Smart TV and Siri. Nearby Chasewater is beautiful. It was perfect 😀

This property was super clean and tidy, had great amenities and Anne was a helpful host. This is a great location for the National Water Sports Center and still only a 30 minute walk to Nottingham City Center or £5 Uber. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed there for 3 nights, this place met all our expectations. As described on Airbnb. And the price is reasonable. Parking in front of the door, so convenient and the host is always reachable. Will stay here again if we visit Nottingham next time.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Very quick responses from Joseph. Excellent information received . Friendly. A lovely spacious flat ! Great to have 2 bedrooms both with double beds. Plus 2 bathrooms ! Clean and easy to find. We stayed here to be close to the NEC as we went to see Torvill and Dean. Hotels around the NEC were expensive and this worked out a much better and cheaper option for me and my daughter. Highly recommend.

We have just left our stay and can truly say it was the most beautiful place. We loved every minute, the view was incredible and such amazing hospitality….lovely and clean, messages to keep us up to date with how to check in. And some lovely little touches too. We will definitely be staying again! :) thank you so much!

Lovely apartment, Very good location

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

What a delightful stay I’ve just had at The Stable. Wonderful farm surroundings. Very peaceful and secure. Rita was an amazing host and the Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and I wanted for nothing :-)

Warm, comfortable lodge in peaceful position overlooking small, lovely wetland area. Very well appointed with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. Easy access for me with my bad knee and flat, pretty walks around the area. Simon is easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Thank you Simon - and the welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated.

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!

Helena and Paul were wonderful hosts - great for anyone really nicely priced and area was great lots of shops and takeaways nearby. We travelled to Telford which was approx 24mins away and done shopping and other bits and went restaurant. 100 percent recommend.

It looked and sounded a beautiful place to stay from the listing, and it didn't disappoint. This was a last minute getaway for a birthday (a peaceful retreat, not a party!) Kirsti was responsive quickly to all communications. AirBnB sad this was a lucky find, because this place is usually booked. I can believe that, and can agree!

Lovely little cottage that was ideal for us as a quiet weekend getaway. Sadly the weather meant we couldn’t make the most of the surrounding areas, but we still managed to have a nice relaxing break and the cottage was ideal for our needs.
