Vacation rentals with breakfast in North Warwickshire District

Pleasant stay in a private room within the host’s house. Very welcoming and happily accommodated my late arrival. Having breakfast left out for my early departure was also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in this well presented, clean house. Plenty of parking space on the drive for our work van. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all 4 large bedrooms with 6 very comfy beds. There’s was plenty of room for our team. There were shops in walking distance and 5 mins from the motorway so easy to get into Wolverhampton, Birmingham and all surrounding areas.

I can only echo all the positive comments from previous reviewers. Wendy was a delightful host, friendly and conscious of my needs but not intrusive. We had some lovely conversations. The bedroom was quiet, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my own bathroom; again spotless. There was good choice for breakfast and all was freshly and beautifully cooked - perfect eggs! Many thanks Wendy. I will look forward to a return visit at some point.

Second time of staying. Great space and Roger was very helpful with my boarding pass, and was extremely accommodating of my requirement to get up very early for my fight.

Gailyn was a super host! Gave us flexible check in - we first said we would arrive by 3 pm, then our plans changed, and we had to arrive after 5 pm but this was fine by Gailyn. Everything was well explained on arrival, and Gailyn gave us reccomendations of where to eat and drink. House was clean and breakfast was provided. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Gailyn!

This was the perfect location for visiting family who live very close by in this neighbourhood over Christmas. Faydene is an exceptionally generous host, the house was spotlessly clean; beds and sofas were comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped. Excellent shower downstairs. It was such a treat to have a piano, violin, guitar and ukulele - we enjoyed making some Christmas music together!

Wonderful little apartment with lots of style and interest and a well appointed kjtchen. Great location with trains and buses very close and you are spoilt for choice with dozens of restaurants nearby (Eleven was a clear winner and it is less that 50m away). Rebecca is diligent and helpful host and even left us milk and food to get us started.

Had everything I needed and more. Andrew was very flexible and accommodating. Would Highly recommend this stay.

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This is a wonderful location for a weekend getaway. It is in the middle of peaceful, stunning surroundings of Broadacre, with some convenient walks, yet still within walking distance from Dorridge station (and a bus straight to Solihull/Knowle). The hosts were very friendly and communicated promptly and clearly. The room/venue itself is very comfortable - a great place to read and enjoy some time off. Highly recommended!

Travelled from Scotland and Breena kept in contact throughout and even messaged to see if everything was ok. Lovely host

Had the most amazing stay at the little castle. It was even better than the pictures. Beautiful location, the castle had everything we needed and much more. So many lovely personal touches. The castle was very homely, hot tub was absolutely massive and set in a very private and relaxing space. Cannot fault a thing. Perfect hosts and perfect bnb xxx

Very friendly host, great communication, clean accommodation. All in our favourite area Duffield, 1 minute walk to restaurants and pubs and a bar. Breakfast was lovely - nice fresh bread, butter, jams, fruit and yoghurt and yummy cake. Owner popped out to say hello when we arrived. Thanks for our stay!

Mick was the perfect host, communication excellent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are spotless with beautiful and extremely comfortable linen and towels. Bathroom was spotless and had every toiletry you’d need. Breakfast was plentiful and Mick went to the trouble of providing vegan options for my daughter, offering for us to take provisions with us for a picnic. Such a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We had a race at Alton Towers and it was only a 20 minute drive. Absolutely perfect. We’ll be back.

Another lovely stay at Sophie's place, which is conveniently close to the university. Home-made jams and preserves for breakfast are a special treat.

The hosts were very welcoming and respected my need for privacy as I needed rest from a very long trip. The room is very clean and neat, the bed is comfortable, the wifi is good, we communicated easily and I could not have asked for more. I rested very well and the hosts offered me tea and breakfast. An amazing deal.

Felt like home from home . Lovely to have breakfast as well with homemade breads jams etc and lovely coffee. Very welcoming and good instructions re arriving and where to park ( free parking) . Perfect for short or long stay . Lovely location with access to riverside for walking running . House so quite yet short walk to city and local bus stops if needed .
