Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Warwickshire District

An extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming house that I would highly recommend to others! It definitely felt like a home from home and the hosts are lovely and very helpful. The house is perfectly situated to be able to walk everywhere and it felt great to be able to leave the car parked for a few days. A fantastic option offered is the hot tub, which I would also highly recommend.

Great place to stay! We are a family that live in different areas so this was inbetween everyone - couldn’t ask for anything better. We actually spent a lot of time just in the house and garden. Perfect for families - lots to do for the children and lots of space! The cot provided was an actual cot which was a lovely touch as it meant our 14 month baby slept properly! Ben was really accommodating and always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

We had a brilliant time celebrating with a group of 12 girls at James and Clare's place. The property is beautifully designed, very spacious and full of atmosphere - particularly with the Christmas decorations up and use of the hot tub. James and Clare were very responsive hosts. Would highly recommend.

We were working in Birmingham at either end of the City, so this was a good ideal location for both parties. There was a shop close by so we were able to buy appropriate food and Lee had all necessary utensils. It was clean, nicely decorated and fit for purpose. We would recommend

Would have liked there to have been some kids’ toys in the garden. Had a problem with one of the internet routers meaning there was little coverage in the main living room. A mouse was spotted in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the kitchen. The house and garden was otherwise superb and we would strongly recommend if the above issues were resolved.

We had a wonderful stay for my husbands birthday weekend. Sarah was extremely helpful and very welcoming. the property and amenities were fabulous and we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen, hot tub was unfortunately out of use (at no fault of the house) but we were told beforehand and accommodated for. will definitely be back during the summer so we can enjoy the lovely garden!!

We booked last minute for work the correspondence was quick and detailed making the whole process easy The description of the property was spot on, clean and was everything we needed for our stay. Will 100% go back if in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast provisions provided. The hosts truly made us feel welcome, and their communication was excellent - always easy to reach. The jacuzzi in the backyard was a fantastic bonus and added to our relaxation. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to others

We booked to stay at one of Michael’s luxury pods for our anniversary and it was perfect, very peaceful and tranquil. Beautiful location over looking fields and it was so quiet and easy to relax which is just what we needed! The hot tub was 10/10 exactly what you need after a long few weeks at work! The pod itself was set out lovely, with the living room looking out onto the fields. Just a very thought out little home. Only thing I would say is the kitchen was missing a few essentials which would have made it even better, such as kitchen roll, salt and pepper, cooking oil ect but over all the stay was perfect. We messaged micheal quite early on about how cold the pod was due to the weather conditions! And he was more than helpful in offering us a heater and getting it to us very quickly! Would 100% recommend! Thankyou :)

This was out second time returning to these properties, stayed at Deere Pod last time and The Walnut Tree this time Both stays have been amazing, property is really clean, good size accommodation and has everything you could want. The hot tub and outside area is really private and quiet. The Host has clearly put a great deal of thought behind these pods and we loved the Christmas decorations, was a really nice touch. The Host is friendly and easy to get hold of if needed, but the property was very easy to check in and out and the location is very peaceful and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Many thanks and hope to return again in the New Year!!

I had a lovely stay with my partner for his birthday in December 2024. The hosts, Hannah and Linda, were friendly and responsive, and even left us some wine and chocolates! The lodge itself was very clean and cosy. You can use Netflix and there’s a fridge and cooking amenities if you want to stay in.The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great. The lodge itself is about 15/20 mins walk or 8 minute drive to the main high street and we went to the Dog & Patridge for dinner, which was delicious and came recommended by the hosts. Overall, a lovely stay and we are already planning our next trip. Thank you x

This place is amazing! So peaceful and relaxing, yet a stones throw away from beautiful walks and tourist attractions. The lodge is cosy and well equipped, but just a short walk to the village pub serving great food and drinks (at reasonable prices) if you don’t want to cook. We can’t wait to come back again. We had THE most perfect stay at Tilly Lodge. It was pure luxury! Every single detail was taken care of, perfume, hair bobbles, yoghurts left for us! Christmas music and decs perfcet for our arrival. We will 1000% return and recommend to all. The interior was to die for! So clean, so comfy, gorgeous views. Thank you Sam! x
