Honestly this Apartment does need some attention to decoration. It has been battered by groups of people not treating it so good, due renovation this year. Hence why the price is cheaper. I do have a very nice more modern apartment next door which is a two bed and a one bedroom apartment below and a one bedroom apartment next door.
