Vacation rentals with a patio in North Port

Absolutely perfect. The private beach access was our favorite. Very private beach. I walked down around 6:30am for sunrise and had the entire beach to myself. Sunset is stunning. The neighbors were friendly and helped me find shark teeth. I highly recommend brining goggles and stuff to put shark teeth in. There are so many pretty shells too.

Wonderful stay at Burnt Store Marina condo! Loved the marina view! Comfortable furniture and bed. Well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place to stay to unwind and enjoy the gulf coast. Mitch was a tremendous host, very responsive, respectful and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Van's place was excellent! Nice location, perfect for families and a very hospitable host. Definitely recommend staying.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

We had wonderful stay at this Airbnb… it was spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed spending our time on the dock. Viktoria and Vadim were great hosts.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was a great place to walk the dog. Very easy to navigate around Venice and the beaches. Everything was clean and neat. Jon is a great host.

We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

The home was very spacious, well furnished, and spotless. You felt welcomed, at home, from the minute you entered. We relaxed around a wonderful pool and just couldn't get enough! Colleen had a packet of information for the house, around the area, things to do, and beaches to visit. This home was the best experience I have ever had in vacation rentals. We had an unforgettable experience at this house during our yearly girls' trip. This was our third trip to Venice and our favorite Airbnb! The location is perfect, right on the island and close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Finding the house was easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by our host. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool – it was absolutely amazing! Rain or shine, we were able to enjoy the outdoors and relax by the poolside, which added so much value to our trip. The house itself was spotless, and the amenities were excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas, made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Venice. We can't wait to come back next time we find ourselves in Venice.

Location was fantastic. Overlooking the marina with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean, and Amy's communication was very efficient and detailed.

We had an amazing time at the apartment. It was super clean and bright. We had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a blessing. The host was very helpful and left us a beautiful present. Highly recommend )

I was very happy with the building, condo/apt. Extremely clean and well appointed space with balcony. Great gated community. It was peaceful and private, however if you want to grab a quick bite from a restaurant, you have to travel a ways to get to the nearest restaurant or supermarket. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay there again...100 percent. Thanks Paul for your hospitality and kindness. Have a great day.

We had the best time staying at Chadwich Cove for the Labor Day Weekend. There are so many great restaurants just a short walk away. We really appreciated being able to keep our 24ft boat there at the marina and Jim, the manager, was outstanding and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip. We will absolutely stay at Chadwick Cove again and hopefully in the near future.

The place was perfect. Very clean. Nice size pool. Beautiful view of the canal. Very relaxing and quiet place and lots of great restaurants in the area. I'd definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

The place was beautiful!!!! We felt honored to share such a nice place. Furniture, linens, beds, kitchen, dishware, pot and pans were all top of the line. The neighbors were friendly. Very nice community. Pool was very clean and on Sunday there were several other people at the pool but it was not too crowded. The screened in porch was our absolute favorite. It was great to sit out and watch the boats. The only draw back is that it is about a 10 minute drive to get to any restaurants or shopping. Having a car made that no big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Dan's place is super clean, quiet and full of details. The backyard view is peaceful, I enjoyed every morning with my coffee. I met Dan and Helen one day, they are friendly and we had a great chat. Helen even showed me the other units, and all of them are cozy and nice. I have used many airbnbs, this is a top-notch. I can't wait to coming back soon. If you visit Nokomis/Venice area, I highly recommend Dan's place.
