Jennifer’s home is BEAUTIFUL! Probably one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. The pool and backyard were great for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather! I love how secluded this little area is but it’s still in riding distance to beaches, food places, etc. No headache with traffic (my husband loved). There’s a dollar tree, Winn Dixie, and dollar general really close to the home. Home is also equipped with everything you need. I’d recommend this stay to someone looking for somewhere quiet, in a nice neighborhood, that’s in between everything. Also, I want to add that host is VERY responsive with needs!

Had an issue with the AC not cooling and Joe had it fixed within a couple hours. He was very helpful and nice place to stay. Thanks!

Great place if youre looking for somewhere to stay!

My mother and I were in Sarasota for a family reunion and Gail's place was the perfect little place for us to stay. We were central to everything (shopping, restaurants and state parks). The place was very well kept, clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Staying at Tom's home was an awesome experience. The house was beautiful and smelled so good. We stayed with a group of 6 and no one wanted to leave! The backyard lanai area is gorgeous and so relaxing. We spent a lot of our time hanging out back there. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor tv area. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in while still hanging out. The beds in both single rooms were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of places to charge phones/tablets we would gladly return for another trip!!

Fantastic place. Great hosts. Awesome floor plan. Everything is brand new. Dock was great for fishing. I would recommend this for sure.

Gracious and friendly!! While at first we didn't realize the owners were on-site, they were incredibly relaxed, the "vibe" made it all very comfortable for us, and our guests !! The unit is perfectly appointed. One item of note - there are 20 steps up to the unit - notable for any elderly guests. We will be frequent visitors - loved our time with Tim & Corinna!

This was one of the best place we have ever stayed at. It’s absolutely beautiful!! You feel like you’re in a story book. The details and decor are amazing. Can’t wait to be back.

We unfortunately weren’t able to have our stay as Mother Nature had other plans (Hurricane Helene). But a great review is in order as Louise was very communicative and kind even under her really tough circumstance. We look forward to having a stay in the future once the area is able to overcome the destruction they’ve endured!

What a little Gem tucked away so close to all the fun. Beautifully remodeled and spacious. Screened in front porch with privacy from everything.

I had a great stay! Very nice apartment, even nicer than the photos. Great location as well, close to Venice. Host was friendly and responsive. All in all a great experience!

my husband and I stayed in port charlotte for the Orny Adams show. we extended our stay to 2 nights to take in the great hiking in the area. it was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

Beautiful home and property that really takes you away from the neighborhood to a nice, peaceful beach style getaway. Will definitely be going back. Great hosts who were extremely flexible and accommodating.

We had the best staycation at Chadwick Cove Marina! There are so many restaurants within walking distance. We made the trip by boat and never even wished we had a car. It was easy to park our 26’ boat and even better that we could see it from the room. The condo was clean and completely remodeled. We had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. It is beautiful and uncluttered and so tasteful. I was so comfortable . The complex is gated and quite nice and level and very easy access to different areas. Our family myself, husband , 22 year old son and 19 year old daughter had plenty of space and areas to move around . Condo was well stocked and Rachel even supplied extras like coffee pods and many misc. other items that most places don’t provide. Will rent this condo in a heartbeat again.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

The place was perfect. Very clean. Nice size pool. Beautiful view of the canal. Very relaxing and quiet place and lots of great restaurants in the area. I'd definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful!!!! We felt honored to share such a nice place. Furniture, linens, beds, kitchen, dishware, pot and pans were all top of the line. The neighbors were friendly. Very nice community. Pool was very clean and on Sunday there were several other people at the pool but it was not too crowded. The screened in porch was our absolute favorite. It was great to sit out and watch the boats. The only draw back is that it is about a 10 minute drive to get to any restaurants or shopping. Having a car made that no big deal. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Was down here for work . We resurface swimming pools.”SIMS POOL UPGRADES” the place was great for after work . It was so peaceful and lovely, got to see some dolphins playing in the bay a few times. Fished out back , caught I 4cat fish. Beautiful place would recommend!
