Vacation rentals with beach access in North Port

Can't say enough about this place. It exceeds expectations. The location is also a huge plus. The beach and downtown are within walking distance and the pool and lounge area are a relaxing oasis. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, too. We plan on returning.

Marti’s place was wonderful, perfect for my husband & I on our last trip before we welcome our first baby. The close proximity to the beach is very ideal. Unfortunately we were dealt very poor weather but Marti’s cozy studio was the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back another time to be able to enjoy the beach & pool! Marti was an extremely kind & responsive, we would definitely stay at one of her properties again!

Shannon was very easy to work with. We loved our condo. 1B. The location was great. We walked a block to the beach access, a lot of the fun restaurants were within walking distance. Our husbands loved the dock on the canal to fish They always caught fish. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed for our two week stay. We were very lucky the weather was beautiful. We did venture out to Venice, Siesta Key, Gasparilla Island. and had a great morning at CoolToday Park. The Spring training center for the Atlanta Braves. I can't emphasize enough how great the condo was for all our needs.

Great location and walking distance to the beach. Pool was perfect, clean and quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Our room had everything we needed for the 6 days we were there with perfect beach/pool weather. I would stay at Peter's place again without hesitation.

Great space. I’d stay here again any time. Very close to all the action on Manasota Key.

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

Te was AMAZING!! Loved the quaint unique space. The Oz has been our favorite home away from home! Close to the beach, bikes, breakfast stuff there! It was 100 perfect. We will definitely be back.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

I didn't stay at Leslie's place as I mistakenly booked her location due to a family emergency. Within the hour I needed to cancel the booking when I realized my error. Leslie was VERY quick, responsive and instrumental in getting my full refund back. Thank you Leslie! You're a gem. I though for sure I was going to have an issue with the cancellation but I didn't thanks to your understanding. I'm keeping her info for a possible future stay for sure!

The place was beautiful, it’s clear that the host has made an effort to make your stay very comfortable. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was very close. I would definitely stay again.

What a great property! Chris and Kaylyn thought of everything and what a great location on Manasota Key. While there are still signs of damage from Hurricane Milton in the area, you wouldn’t know while in the house. Great amenities and location for the beach, dining or just relaxing at a great house. The beach was just a few steps away and is coming back! We’ll be back as this is our favorite place to get away from Wisconsin winters!

Great place to stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved the screened in porch! The house was clean and spacious. Christopher was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Kristy’s home was wonderful. It was immaculate and spacious. It almost felt like everything was new. The backyard and lanai were a bonus. The area was great with restaurants and stores only minutes away beaches were close by. We stayed for 10 days in comfort. Thanks Kristy.

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay! Kimberly was an excellent host! Great location, quiet neighborhood, walkable to beach and close to shopping. Clean and tidy home that was comfortable as home.

Attila was a great host, we asked for a bbq grill and he provided for us when we arrived. We loved the location of the house, walking distance to a beautiful beach, everything was just perfect!! Truely recomend and hopefully we can come back some day soon.

My sister and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The beach was just steps away, and the pool was conveniently located across the road. The condo provided everything we needed for the beach. It was very nice, although the door lock and code could benefit from improved security. Additionally, the ice maker was not clean and had a slimy residue inside. It may need cleaning after each check out other than that it was a great place to stay and would stay again Thanks Debbie & Katie

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat!

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
