Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Kona

The home was well appointed. It was large, comfortable and the views were just amazing. Dvid was a great host and easily available for question. Overall a great stay.

Mollie's place was paradise!! Our family had such a wonderful stay there during our spring break for 8 nights. The home was super clean with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the private backyard with pool and hot tub every day. The beds were very comfy. The location was great as we ventured out every day and explored this beautiful island. When I did have questions, Mollie responded right away. The check in and check out process was very easy. Would definitely come back! Thanks Mollie!!

The house was beautiful inside and out. My son loved the pool, which was the perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked and the house provided plenty of space for everyone.

Our stay was incredible. They had everything you could want or need. Beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes, sand toys and so many beach towels. Our large group was comfortable and the home was spacious with many lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. We had the most wonderful relaxing stay and would recommend this home to anyone.

The whale house was gorgeous. It was clean and had lots of amenities. The lanai was huge and we loved the view of the ocean and foliage. It really felt like a true Hawaiian getaway! The beds were very comfortable. It is close to fruit stands, the coffee shack and great poke place. We would highly recommend!!

Sandra's place brings healing. It is beautiful, quiet, and serene. The views are lovely of ocean below, and the wind blows quietly through bows of citrus, avocado, and palms. There are likely multiple Walden Ponds on the Big Island of Hawaii, but this is one of them. Tranquility reins at this property.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

Karen's house is beautiful. Everything was beautiful and functional - and lots of unexpected little treats. I personally loved the bathroom with its ornate sink and private toilet, plus the lights throughout the house were beautiful. The kitchen was good and contained basic supplies so cooking our food was simple. I could have sat on the deck and watched the ocean for hours. We walked to the Waipio overlook - very easy walk. Honokaa is a nice little town that reminded me of Paia 30 years ago.

Loved our stay and the view was much better than I thought it would be… Very pretty to sit outside in the am.

We stayed at Royal Sea Cliff in unit 109, and it was absolutely amazing. The property was right on the ocean, and the condo was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we could ever want. It has a huge lanai which we enjoyed using for our morning coffee and our glass of wine at sunset. There were also pool toys for the kids, and plenty of beach gear for us which was very useful. The grounds are lovely, and the building is well maintained and cleaned. We had an issue with one of the bathroom doors that had gotten off the track, and Kona Coast was very attentive, and sent a handyman out the next day to fix it. The unit is definitely a little pricier, but it was well worth the money spent, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only recommendation I would give is to update their cable tv to maybe provide Netflix or at least to have a working tv guide. When we wanted to watch a show at night, we had to manually flip through each channel to find a show, because the digital guide said "no information" for each channel. But this was an insignificant detail compared to everything else that was awesome with the unit. We would love to stay here again if we're ever on the Big Island again!

The condo was clean and more than enough for us. Hosts communication was on point. She handled my every request. I definitely recrecommend this place.

The area was beautiful, beach, shopping, movie theater, resturants, and much more all walkable. The villa overlooks the golf course quiet and peaceful. The owners everything you need for a great visit to the beach, If you don't mind staying about 20 minutes from Kona, it's a great place to stay

Magical. Perfect location, comfortable beds, fully stocked including extras such as boogie boards, coolers, snorkel gear and even sun burn recovery cream! Location was absolutely perfect, beautiful ocean views and snorkeling at your door step.

Beautiful home, had everything we needed. We felt right at home. Loved the location, peaceful, spacious, spotless clean.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. We were six adults and it did not feel crowded. Loved having dinners on the outdoor patio. Great that each bedroom had our own bathrooms! Great snorkeling at the nearby beaches. Very much recommend!

This was a great property! We were so happy once we arrived to see all the awesome amenities. The private beach honestly was such a cool spot to go to and great for our kids. It was clean and had everything you could think of. We would love to stay again when we come back.
