We had a lovely stay and couldn't fault anything. The welcome was very friendly and the setting was stunning with the most amazing sea view. Great accommodation and we enjoyed talking to John about his sculpture and the history of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable. It was a great base to explore a fascinating part of the English coastline. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend wholeheartedly. We will definitely revisit.

Was looking for somewhere to stay after deciding to extend a Friday night gig at the De La Warr Pavilion to a weekend away. Emma’s place perfectly fitted the bill, 5 mins walk from DLWP, cosy and surprisingly quiet. It had all the mod cons and was just a quick walk away from the Bexhill museum, seafront and Egerton Park. It was also conveniently located to jump on the train and you could be at St Leonard’s, Hastings or Eastbourne in no time at all. Would definitely recommend

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

What a hidden gem! Staying in this cozy garden cabin was such a peaceful escape. Tucked away in the host's beautifully kept backyard, the space felt private, quiet, and full of charm. The cabin itself was super clean, well thought out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a surprisingly comfy bed and thoughtful little touches like coffee, tea, and a few snacks. Thank you to Karen and John for looking after us so well, we will definitely be coming back
