Monthly Rentals in Nice

We were met by Yves who was very pleasant and great to deal with. The apartment is as advertised with a great view of the hills west of Nice. Grocery stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance with the Promanade de Anglais and the sea only 10 minutes away. We recommend this apartment for a pleasurable stay in Nice.

We were a month in Nice and it was a great choice to stay at Patrice. The host is attentive, helped us settle in. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the sea, in the streets where you have everything you need. Definitely recommend. The apartment is small but cozy. Has everything you need

We had a great stay at Alice’s place! The apartment is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Nice Ville station, which made day trips to Monaco, Menton, and Antibes super easy. It’s also really close to the tram line, so getting around in Jean Médecin and exploring areas in Nice was a breeze, and Old Nice is just a 20-minute walk away. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Alice was super helpful and gave us some great local recommendations that really made our trip better. Would definitely recommend staying here!
