Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nice

Thanks to Christiane and René for their very warm hosting and availability. I had a great time in the well-appointed studio, unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll come back sometime!

Nothing but praise for Laetitia and her home. The communication went very well and bright. Laetitia was very approachable. To our great regret, we were not able to meet Laetitia (due to our busy program). We're going to change that next year!

I would highly recommend the cottage for a stay in Vence. Fabulous location, close to everything, a beautiful outlook if all you want to do is enjoy the view from the garden terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay- the host was a very friendly, welcoming person and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit. The place itself was neat and organised, in a safe neighbourhood and just close enough to the city centre for us to be able to move around by foot. Would recommend a 100%. ☺️

We had a pleasant stay at Jennyfer's! She is very friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and nothing was missing in terms of amenities. The outdoor space is very beautiful and the pool is perfect! If you like to walk a little, the city center and beach are within walking distance. I hope to come back next time :)

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca's place. The entire house was pristine, exactly what we imagined the French Riviera would be. It was close enough to town to walk, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The home was very spacious and welcoming, I loved the peaceful garden, the children loved the hot tub. It was really a wonderful stay, we will certainly book again. Thank you for such a lovely holiday - the wine and fruit upon arrival made it feel so luxurious!

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Philippe‘s house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony overlooking the pepper trees was lovely, and the location very accessible to public transport. Both my husband and I are tall and the bed was a little small for us, but the living room couch was long and comfortable enough that my husband was happy to sleep on it. The one downside was the garbage trucks picking up trash from the park directly across the street clanging and banging every night at midnight. We do recommend Philippe’s house, but we suggest you bring earplugs.

Simon was very helpful & he was always on hand to offer help when needed - the snacks he left for us was a very welcome addition If we return to St Paul de Vence we’ll definitely stay there again

Comfortable apartment with perfect view over Monaco - will definitely come back. Simone as the owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and proactive - stuffing the fridge with Wine, Milk, Water and Juice she made us feel at home right away. Walking distance to the stadium and the circus is fine, Center City and the beach are however quite a stretch.

24-hour front desk, good services. There are restaurants, tram stops and markets downstairs, and Carrefour supermarket is diagonally across the road.Very convenient and fast choice

This was my second time staying at Isabelle’s wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it. Fantastic location, great apartment, and a little haven to return to after a day in the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back!!

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Pristine, beautifully laid out and decorated apartment. All necessary amenities, and more, for a comfortable stay are available. If the buzz of the Old Town in Nice is what you're looking for then this apartment could not be better located. 5 star experience.

A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

We had such a wonderful stay with Sophie. She made us feel right at home. She was warm and welcoming to our toddler and dog who immediately had the run of the garden. The room was clean, the garden was lovely and the pool was refreshing. We had a delicious breakfast every morning and adventured to the nearby lake in the afternoon or the lovely villages nearby. We can't wait to return.

We had a great stay! Cathrine and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us some great tips for exploring the area. The check-in process was simple and smooth. We had a secure parking spot, and the neighborhood felt very safe and was also centrally located. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Philippe was a fantastic host, very friendly and made sure we were looked after. The accommodation and swimming pool are beautiful, well look after and matched the description and pictures. The location is great and it is easy to get around! We really enjoy our stay and would definitely consider going back. Thank you for your hospitality!

A delightful visit. Stephan's apartment is lovely, uncluttered, stylish and characterful, and spotlessly clean; with a most comfortable bed, great shower, and peaceful plant-filled terrace to relax on. Stephan is charming, interesting, most helpful and engaging, and his two cats are adorable. The location is great - easy to reach from the airport or station, a beautiful neighborhood, and just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the blue waters of the Mediterranean; and easy to access from the street and with the lift, for anyne older (like me). A haven for the traveller.

I stayed with my family at Sensivilla guesthouse , great experience, spectacular panoramic view; we rested very well in the silence of nature , the rooms are very comfortable and well furnished . The kitchenette is also very useful for snacks or for consuming takeaway food. We ordered a pizza with a delivery with free delivery. Alessandra was very kind and helpful and welcomed us with a nice welcome aperitif. We will definitely be back highly recommended

Bibi's place was a small slice of heaven. She was such a gracious host and provided the most delicious breakfasts every morning. She was also so kind to drive us to and from the train station. We felt right at home and were sad to leave! We recommend her place x10000!

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!
