Vacation rentals with a balcony in Nice

Louis's apartment couldn't have been in a better location. It is in a beautiful part of Old Town that was both in the middle of the activity, yet quiet and restful once inside the apartment. It was extremely well-equipped. We have stayed in properties around the world, and I can't remember another host who had such attention to detail to think of everything we might need. Everything was top notch. We appreciated Louis's flexibility in letting us check in early. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations, Louis!

We really enjoyed our stay in Old Antibes. Location is amazing! Everything so close. Market, beach and museums. Very vibrant are! Late night bars below but windows do a great job muffling sound. Place was spotless and comfortable for the 2 of us. Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay — the apartment was lovely, well-located, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our last night was very difficult: the neighbors had a loud party that went on until 3am, and we couldn’t get any sleep. It was a nightmare. So overall, the experience was good, but it really depends on your luck with the neighbors.

A great 2 month stay in Cannes in this little gem! Everything was perfect: the location, the decor, the bedding, the host super responsive. Loved it!

We have stayed at many places throughout Europe, Japan and N. America -- this location and home was by far the very best of them all! The layout of the apartment made it very conducive to feeling spacious for my partner and I and felt very cozy from the beginning! The available amenities such as the washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV, etc. were all high end appliances and very much appreciated. We especially liked how our host took their time in explaining the operation of the TV and washer - both clearly needed after a long day of sightseeing in this beautiful city! The location was perfect! We look forward to returning to this home in the future!

This apartment is bright, clean and well-decorated, with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The view of the city is also fantastic. Paul is a very friendly and responsive host. We absolutely enjoyed our time in Nice! I highly recommend this apartment!

Clearly disappointed to have returned home. I had an amazing vacation, a very accessible, clean and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend this listing. The host is very welcoming and responsive, thank you a thousand times I had a good holiday in the sun.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

We stayed in Sabine's apartment for 3 nights and 4 days. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean with all the comforts. In the bathroom we found shower kits. Freshly laundered towels and linens. The accommodation is in a quiet tree-lined square near both the waterfront and Suquet, the old part of Cannes. It has a beautiful view of the sea! Very useful parking! Sabine pointed out brasserie restaurants and boulangeries. She was a present, responsive and always kind host via chat. You can't do it better!
