Family-friendly vacation rentals in Niagara-on-the-Lake

Justin’s place was exactly what the description stated. 3 bedrooms, 2 full washrooms. Very spacious for our family and Dogs. Loved that we could walk 5 minutes to the pool and welcome center. Loved that the backyard faced the quiet road and very private. Plenty of supplies to use for the Cottage: cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shower stuff, garbage bags. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Pots and pans were in Excellent condition. Wifi and Tv always worked during those raining nights. Overall had a wonderful time and will be back again.

This place is perfect for one or two people staying in the area and close to St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara On The Lake, and the Welland Canal. It’s clean, neat and private. Very comfortable bed & linens. Sonia and Ron are excellent hosts and took time to meet us and visit before we left. Be sure to check out their recommendations for area sites and restaurants!

We had a very comfortable stay, host is very responsive, place is clean, AC is working great, hot water works well... Place facilities such as the pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed the multi purpose court where we were able to play pickleball.

This was our second time renting as we play an annual softball tournament and we were blown away by the service and attention to detail. Noticeable upgrades from the previous year including all necessary equipment in the kitchen, many supplies available and so many added personal touches. They took care in stocking the fridge with drinks and there were snacks around to munch on which was great. Plenty of coffee and extras. Pool was nice and clean, not too cold and parking for everyone. We hope to keep coming back every year.

The house was easy to find. The lock was having trouble but then we were able to get in. The next day realized the lock on the house was malfunctioning and that was why we had trouble getting in. Texted the owner and someone was immediately sent to fix(replace the lock). Great customer service from the owners.

Julian’s house was roomy with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, dining area and kitchen. We even sat on the front porch for awhile. We easily walked to all the sights and felt very safe. The only issue we had was noise from the street on Saturday night, which was not Julian’s fault. We were so tired that it didn’t bother us for long. Coffee was provided and the whole place had been updated. Very nice accommodations. Julian was very helpful when we arrived. Having a dedicated parking place was great!!

Beautiful, peaceful home with extremely comfortable and large beds. It's obvious that hosts take a great deal of pride in the property which has everything one could need. Excellent base to visit the Falls, Niagara on the Lake and the outlets. Walking distance to the Royal Niagara Golf Course (where you can hire clubs). Last but not least an amazing pool too.

Suki greeted us and showed us around the property as she was doing some gardening when we arrived. She gave us some recommendations for grocery shopping and they were very close by. The beds were very high, our mattress was as high as my hip and I am average height. It was impossible to sit on the edge of the bed for dressing. The beds however were clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful but cold on the day we arrived. Suki responded very quickly with easy instructions for heating it when contacted. The pool was definitely a highlight of our stay as the weather was super hot and it was lovely to have a morning swim and a cool down in the evening. Thank you Suki for a lovely stay in your home away from home.

Loved this home, it was beautifully decorated every inch. My favourite bedroom was the one on the first floor. This was a change from the typical waterfront properties our family books but with a heated pool and jacuzzi that was situated in a landscaped backyard we couldn’t ask for more. Very clean and she had everything. Lindy has really outdone herself to make sure her guests from all ages enjoy her home. She accommodated our family literally 3 hours before checkin, as the cottage we originally booked the host cancelled less than 24hrs before checkin. Thank you Lindy for sharing your home!!

He is a wonderful and understanding person. I booked, but something happened and I had to leave before the reservation period. I sent a message to Arthur, and he quickly replied. The surprise was a discount only for the period of stay, and he returned the rest to me. He is a wonderful person and the place is wonderful. You feel like you are at home. Thank you, Arthur.

Beautiful, cozy home. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. The unit is directly next to the owners home, yet felt very private. The courtyard is completely fenced off and provides a serene place to relax. Hosts were easy to reach and the location was perfect for an easy drive to the falls. Close by to many shopping plazas and restaurants.

Nancy and Brian were great hosts. We had some interesting needs when it came to our group and Nancy was responsive and cooperative throughout. The location has so much to offer and we took full advantage of it all. Thanks again!

Great location! Exactly as described. My kids and I walked to everything. My dog loved the fenced in backyard.

Divina & Rene were great hosts, very responsive and friendly! The place was exactly what was advertised and very clean! Great location in a quiet neighbourhood that was a short drive to Clifton Hill, the Falls and Niagara Outlet Collection!

We enjoyed our stay! Very conveniently located for visiting the falls. If you are looking for a place that is modern and pristine, this is not the place for you, BUT if you have a couple of teens and want to be able to spread out, this place is AMAZING and totally beats a hotel room any day! Having two bathrooms/showers for a family of four is also awesome. Great place for chilling after a long day of exploring the falls etc.

Beautiful home. House has everything a larger group needs. The property, grounds, is just so peaceful. Lots of bathrooms, places to hand out, just perfect. Highly recommended.

Such a cute place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again, the place looks exactly like the pictures and host was very nice. We had an issue with the fire alarm going off and the host called us to ask permission to enter while we were out (which I thought was very nice of them to ask!) I definitely recommend staying here!!

Adrianne was an amazing host and the place was perfect. It was spacious, well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fridge even had a few breakfast treats for the first morning. It is located a short drive from just about everything in Niagara. Easily a 10/10
