This is a gorgeous, renovated and spacious 1 bedroom private apartment in the prime of Cabbagetown! Bright, light and airy, charming basement apartment with above ground windows, so it does not feel like a basement.... feels like part of a home with tons of natural sunlight. We are within walking distance to Carlton streetcar line, several different bus lines, and a short walk (~12-15 minutes) to 2 Bloor-Danforth line stations. Alternately, you can take the Carlton streetcar to Yonge Station (a ~5 minute walk to the Carlton line). This is an entire 1 bedroom basement apartment with private access, private kitchen, private living/dining/workspace area. Greek Town Gem w/Big City Charm

Located in East York just North of the vibrant Danforth District with it's restaurant and unique stores. The home is directly on the bus route with access to the stops directly in front and the Broadview subway within 1 km. The street is active with people and vehicles but turns into a peaceful and safe bedroom community. It is centrally located with access to all the major roads and highways to explore the entire city. If you choose to park the car explore the beauty of Toronto with transit.
