Great place to host family getaway. Plenty of beds for everyone

Kevin's hideaway was the perfect spot for Thanksgiving and my mom's 90th birthday. The open floor plan encouraged lively chats while the turkey roasted, and the firewood made for memorable teen bonfires. My brother relaxed with the game on a cozy couch, and thoughtful touches like safety gates and a laundry room kept mom comfortable. On Black Friday morning, we said goodbye to our guests, then sat by the picture window with coffee, watching a snowy front roll in. As waterfowl glided across the waves, it felt like time stopped, and we realized this place was perfect for making memories.

This was our second stay here - we loved it so much the first time we stayed that we decided it will be our "go to" when home visiting family. The house is very clean, the perfect size for us and we feel very comfortable here. Great kitchen!

Jeannine’s place was great! It was a great spot to enjoy some time in Rochester visiting family and friends but being in a quiet part of the area near the lake. We ended up around town most of the day but were glad to have a quiet place to rest for the night. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is quite roomy and has all the amenities you would expect. It is easy to get a good night’s sleep as the unit is quite quiet at night and can be quite dark if that’s desired. There is ample parking and Jamie is very responsive to inquiries.

My family and I attended our niece's wedding nearby in Victor. There were 10 of us staying, so we needed a place to stay that could accommodate all of us. Serenity Shores was perfect. Plenty of room, peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, spacious enough for all of us to get ready for the wedding. Then such a relaxing place to hang out and rest for a couple of days before heading home. The only issue we had was there only being a spiral staircase between upstairs and downstairs. My 84 year old mother was with us and couldn't do the spiral staircase. Upstairs is level with the driveway/parking, but with the kitchen being downstairs, it was better for her to stay down there. It worked out, there is a path that goes down a hill on the outside of the house to a patio and sliding doors. The path is loose stone, so we held on to mom while she walked down. It wasn't much of a problem, Mom loved the place. Just an FYI. Bottom line, 5 stars. Our family made some great memories.

Carla’s home here is a literal hidden gem. Steps away from Lake Ontario and accessible to the beach. The home is very nice and the view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. Would love to come again during the nicer weather months. Carla was very friendly and helpful with any questions that came up related to additional upkeep for the home due to the snow and expected frigid temperatures. I highly recommend this home.

We have stayed at Paul's cottage several times. Always a great time. Small but very comfortable and in a quiet country setting. I would definitely recommend. Paul is a great host.

Our stay was great! Beatriz is a very attentive host and has thought of everything to have when travelling to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely come back!!

It was a great place to stay. It was a very warm and welcoming. The place was immaculate as well. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked at Joan’s other place while on our stay at this location.

Tim and Katie's place was comfortable and convenient! The kitchen was well-stocked to be able to make dinner, which we appreciated.

Great spot in the North Winton Village area! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and not too far from anything in the city.

Extremely clean home with a quiet and peaceful location. Very enjoyable and relaxing in a unique historical/modern style home.

I stayed for two days and it was such a wonderful experience! Quiet street and perfect little house, set up just the way it was stated. The house was very well stocked, nice and clean. Kevin was very attentive and his response time was like 30 secs flat it seemed lol...seriously loved that! He even let me arrive earlier, which was very much appreciated. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again when I'm in town!

This place was amazing and we will definitely return if back in the area! Chelsey and bel were very kind and communicative when needed! The place was adorable and very clean!

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Bigger than I expected. Very clean and large open rooms. Lakeside with gorgeous views. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the home was so comfortable we enjoyed our time with friends. Definitely more than enough space for our group of 8. Also plenty of parking spaces. I would absolutely stay here again!

Gregory's place was great. The hose was very proactive telling us the best places around to grab a bite to eat. The home was clean and peacful!

The house was absolutely lovely, offering stunning views and a comfortable, well-equipped space. The fireplace was a highlight for many of us, and the variety of lighting options added a cozy touch. We experienced a small appliance issue, but the owner was quickly responsive and accommodating. The house’s beautiful design and breathtaking water views make it truly stand out.

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

12 of us woman gather every year to shake off the hustle of the holidays. We have visited a new site every year , and nothing has been as perfect for us as Josh’s Camp Run Location. This vacation home is exactly what it boasts . -Beautiful view of the lake from both floors - Clean, comfortable, durable furniture. - Great cellular reception - clean flooring and carpets - plenty of space to stow baggage and carried in items. -Within walking distance of eateries and craft beverages. - Quick and helpful service from the Hosts. The best part was was the company we kept and Josh’s place will brings us all back together! We all agreed, It was excellent!

Eric’s place was great! We had everything we needed for our week long stay! The house was also VERY clean. This may sound silly, but I’ve stayed in many vacation homes, and you can always tell how clean a place is by the small details, like coffee maker, drawers, etc…I was so pleased to find that the coffee pot and filter had been run through the dishwasher before we arrived! the kitchen was spotless and well stocked. It’s the small things, that really make a difference in your comfort level! Eric was also very accommodating and responsive to a special request we had! This is a great house, and we would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay! Everything was very clean and has enough room for a big group of people. The views are amazing & could not recommend enough!! Host are super responsive as well!
