What a beautiful view and peaceful location. Quiet neighborhood, safe and tranquil just as described. As I will be a regular traveler to the area I will look to stay again for future travels. Perfect for 1-2 people and the outdoor shower in a chilly morning was blissful. Dina was friendly and you would have known you were in there same property except for her to reach out and check in the day prior to leaving. 10/10 for any traveler looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway close enough to access anything you may want/need to do.

This guest suite was spotless and came well stocked with extra amenities. We busied ourselves exploring the Canandaigua downtown and lakefront, so unfortunately didn’t spend a lot of time in the suite, but it was a cozy and comfortable place to return to and wind down after a day full of activities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a conveniently located BnB to the Canandaigua area!

The house was perfect for our trip! Great location and so nice and quiet. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was cozy and had everything we could need. The neighborhood was lovely and close to all kinds of amenities as well as the lake. Sarah made the whole process easy and worry free. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Laura's basement apartment. It had all the amenities of renting a home and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

Coleen was an AMAZING host. We had to stay initially a month, the ended up 2 because of renovations and considering our circumstance she went above and beyond what I expected. On top of that she has an amazing restaurant just downstairs with AMAZING breakfast food. You are missing out if you don't go at least once. The apartment was beautiful and the view of main street is awesome. Best experience anyone can have.

this is a perfect Airbnb rental, spacious, well located for walking, museums, some restaurants, but importantly you feel settled, safe and comfortable immediately. Hosts are quite nice, available but definitely respect your privacy. Do not think twice about booking this apartment.

This was our second stay at Alex’s house and it did not disappoint. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy. The place was clean and cozy.

Hands down the best AirBnB experience we have ever had! Hanna went above and beyond to have every need met before we even knew we might need it. The unit was well stocked with every amenity you could hope for, including a snow brush for our vehicle! She shoveled the sidewalk and driveway every day to ensure we got in and out with exceptional ease during a snowy stay. She is so kind and friendly also! I cannot say enough about how cool and cozy this unit was! Such an awesome place, stay and host!

Yan’s “nut house” is great! We have stayed there several times and plan to stay in the future…comfortable, extremely clean, very responsive host and hostess. This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay just one night in Rochester after a concert. Cute little, cozy space with a comfy bed and thoughtful accommodations!

This was my second time staying at John's place. The location was perfect for an event I was attending downtown. The room is comfortable for 1-2 people, the building is secure, the shower is hot with good pressure and the place is spotless. The mini fridge came in handy for leftover from one of the nearby restaurants. Next time I stay in Rochester, I will check to see if one of John's rooms are available before booking anywhere else!

Let’s just start by saying this room was everything . The house keepers made my night. They were so good at their job , and so passionate at it. Also the Host accommodated me within 5 hours and was very nice 😁 The place it is downtown is close to everything you can think of

It's a wonderful place and it's very close to Eastman School of Music. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're auditioning or visiting the school. My hairdryer wasn't working and John quickly replaced it with a newer one!

Always easy to communicate with, everything is always clean, neat I never had a problem with anything this is the second time staying in his establishment. I will be coming back for sure!
