Tiny Tranquility near City Activity
What a beautiful view and peaceful location. Quiet neighborhood, safe and tranquil just as described. As I will be a regular traveler to the area I will look to stay again for future travels. Perfect for 1-2 people and the outdoor shower in a chilly morning was blissful. Dina was friendly and you would have known you were in there same property except for her to reach out and check in the day prior to leaving. 10/10 for any traveler looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway close enough to access anything you may want/need to do.

Cozy bungalow in desirable area!
Perfect location for us - centrally located in ROC and easy to get to family in suburbs we were visiting. The house was clean and comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed. We were very impressed with the quiet in the bedroom. The house is near 490 and there are chickens next door, yet you can NOT hear them. The white noise machine is really helpful. No fault of the owner, I should have asked, but the one thing I didn't like was the scent in some rooms. Very sensitive to that and it was annoying. I'd love to have Airbnb have an option for "scent free" when I'm booking a place. Frankie was very responsive whenever I did message him. Our dog, Zee loved the place. The backyard space was really nice for her to have.

Homey/private ranch near Henrietta comercial area.
Beatriz’s place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels and other amenities. We definitely recommend this place.

Desirable Bay Front Home-3BRD
This is a lovely home with a beautiful view off the back sun room. Everything was perfectly clean and spacious. The golf simulator, basketball, shuffleboard, and multiple arcade games provided lots of fun activities.

Canandaigua Farmhouse Guest Suite
This guest suite was spotless and came well stocked with extra amenities. We busied ourselves exploring the Canandaigua downtown and lakefront, so unfortunately didn’t spend a lot of time in the suite, but it was a cozy and comfortable place to return to and wind down after a day full of activities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a conveniently located BnB to the Canandaigua area!

Cozy Lower Level Apartment in the Grove
Deer enjoy the backyard scenery and walk unafraid! Perfect in every way. Super responsive host. Love the location, thoughtfulness and special touches. Our host thought of everything. You will really enjoy it here.

Beds on Berkeley in the Park Avenue neighborhood
Todd and Julie’s place was very comfortable and easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. We had a very short stay but enjoyed it greatly.

Quiet 2 bedroom cottage with mid-century decor

Rest Urban Micro Inn Unit 1
For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

Rest Urban Micro Inn Unit 2
Great host and very nice clean place in the center of attractions

Rest Urban Micro Inn Unit 4
Always so peaceful and yet another great stay

Rest Urban Micro Inn Unit 3
I love staying at the Rest! John is a great host. The place is perfect for my needs as a solo traveller on occasional visits to Rochester. Its so close to everything downtown, arts district, museums, food, coffee, nightlife. The place is always clean, tidy, with modern ammenities and conveniences! I will definitely be back. Thank you John!!!

School 31 Luxury:LOFT

Loved the location am fan of Best westerns so this signature addition was awesome

Rest Urban Micro Inn Unit U5
Always easy to communicate with, everything is always clean, neat I never had a problem with anything this is the second time staying in his establishment. I will be coming back for sure!

Rest Urban Micro Inn Unit U6
Unfortunately our stay was very short. We arrived at 3 am and were gone by 8. We really needed everything to just work and be straight forward, which it absolutely was. John was very responsive to questions and the unit was exactly as described. For a short two-person stay in Rochester I would definitely recommend stay here.

Stay & Play! Group/family fun!
It was a great experience staying at Gina's place. It is very clean and spacious, and we especially like how organized in labelling everything and you can tell the owner has spent time in the little details to make sure the guests will have a great stay.

Haven Breeze
This house was exactly what we needed! We had a group of 6 for the weekend that was booked within only a couple of weeks of arriving. From booking to checking out, Alida was very responsive to any and all of our questions! This house allowed everyone some space when necessary and none of us felt like we were crowding one another. I would absolutely book with Alida again when I'm in the Rochester area!

Nature Escape: Waterfall, Hot Tub, Fire Pits
Historic. Modernized. Spacious. Equipped. Darned near perfect. Our three generations, population ten, aged five months to sixty-some years, just spent three days at Greg’s place. This 200+ year old farmhouse met our family lodging, social, and entertainment needs in every respect. Each bedroom was comfortable with its own personality. The kitchen/galley area featured eat-in and room for big meal prep, while the large dining room allowed all of us to sit together at the massive old long table. “Historic” does not preclude “modern” -- there was proper tv in every room, and lots of ‘smart’ items throughout the house. Some of us braved the (very) cold to enjoy the lovely hot tub on the screened porch. Others of us enjoyed the basement game room featuring, but not limited to, a pool table. The snow masked what is undoubtably a charming outside area with deck, pavilion, and patio seating area. Bristol Mountain is approximately three miles down the road. All in all… just outstanding.

Farm House Suite 15 minutes from Canandaigua Lake
We looked for a peaceful place to totally chill for a weekend and this was perfect. Comfy and cozy to watch tv and read. We picked up our dinners in town which were great! Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two adorable pups who ran up to us like we were old friends they hadn’t seen in ages. 🐕🐾 . So sweet and friendly. Chris and Jenn are charming hosts … welcoming and easygoing. Many thumbs up ❤️

MM Properties: West Irondequoit Gem
It was just what was advertised. Nice area and would definitely rent again.

Perfect secluded ski house, lake views, hot tub
This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom
