Monthly Rentals in New Tampa

Great communication with us when there were issues. I think the rate for the unit was fair but it sure seems that the fees are getting awfully high ;-) We’d certainly come back. Good location.

A beautiful and very clean place. Very quiet and close to family we were visiting. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed nearly instantly, and they were very polite. All amenities were perfect for our stay, made it very easy to cook and clean up after meals. We hope to be able to book through Cristin again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The location was convenient, with great local attractions nearby. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyday we would sit out by the pier and look to see if any gators about. There were no issues our entire stay would definitely book again.
