House vacation rentals in New Tampa

Lots for the kids to do and a nice big space quick responses and excellent communicators we have 12 teenagers and 4 adults - somehow we managed with only 2 bathrooms!!!

due to Helene there was no wifi. Maria and her husband purchased a separate wifi device just so we had wifi. very responsive and helpful.

I’ve stayed at Shane’s house in Lakeland several times. Always clean, easy to get into, he upgrades the place, it’s well kept. No complaints!

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

Our stay was perfect, and Ashley was very quick to respond with any questions my guests and I had. The hot tub and fire pit were the highlights of the trip! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice staycation close to St. Pete! Thanks Ashley! 😊

Excellent location! Great neighborhood for walking and running. The bird sanctuary was a cool feature in the backyard. Our kids loved the pool (note it's not heated but they didn't care.) There are plenty of plates/cups/cook utensils and if TVs are your thing, there are 5 of them. Most of the beds are comfortable. Everything worked as expected and it was a bonus to be able to park in the garage and keep our car safe on NYE :)

This was a great place to stay for a weekend at Tampa and of you intend to explore the west side of Florida. It is a great location in that its a quick 15min-20min drive from the airport and the downtown area is only 10 minutes away. The inside of the Airbnb was amazing! The inside was very clean when we got there and felt very much like home. The kitchen has come with a wide variety of dishes and come with a good coffee maker which was much appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean and all the bedrooms were very nice with plenty of space. Lastly, the area around the Airbnb is very quiet and very peaceful which makes it perfect to relax after a day from the beach or from exploring the area. I very much recommend for a weekend at Tampa and hope to stay again if it becomes available in the future.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

This was perfect for our needs as far as location and setup. We have two dachshunds and they LOVED the enclosed LARGE yard! My husband and son really enjoyed the heated pool. Everything was clean and stocked. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was super quiet and well maintained.

This was a great place to stay! The rooms and the pool were very well kept up, the furnishings were comfortable, and we loved the soaking tub as well. The host was very communicative, and check in was easy. This was also well located to visit weeki wachee and good restaurants in the area, which we loved.

Karen has such a beautiful home here. It’s such a peaceful place. Will definitely rent from her again when back in the area. And if there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give them all. All for the experience, ambiance, and the hospitality of opening her home <3

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations. It was an idyllic little spot! Very nice and clean! Hope to come back and stay longer.

Jason was an absolutely wonderful host and so accommodating. We had several travel issues and needed to find a place last minute, and Jason was super responsive and helped get our vacation back on track. He's super helpful and his home is absolutely gorgeous and close to so many things. An amazing place to stay and relax. So glad we found his home, it truly saved our vacation.

We had the best time at The Pickett Fence!! This was the first airbnb that I actually felt safe and relaxed in. Jason is a wonderful host and gave a perfect tour of the house when we arrived. There was everything we needed and more here! Next time I stay I can pack much lighter 😉.

Great place to stay with plenty of room. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and close to the beach. The house has been fully renovated and is really nice. Comfy beds, laundry on site, and everything you need. Highly recommend.
