The Penthouse is very cozy and feels like a proper home. Amazing views. Roger was very accommodating about late check-out and in general really responsive. Location is about 15 min walk from Crno Jezero.

Nikola is definitely a nice person who cares about your comfort. She was always helpful during my entire stay. The house was better than the photos. Completely isolated area. I definitely didn't have any heating issues. The house was cozy. Thank you.

Very nice place, very comfortable bed, I enjoyed the stay a lot. Žabljak is super nice city, walkable distance to Black lake and short drive to see Tara kanyon and Durdevic bridge. Very close to the city centre and supermarket as well. We managed to see the city and park with snow and it was just magical.
