Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nassau County

It was a beautiful place and we had an an amazing week. It Had everything there that we Needed. Only suggestion I would make would Be to supply a beach umbrella . I. Would definitely have recommend staying here.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Great stay for me and 6 friends. The directions to the gate were spot on and really helped us get there. Some followed the address of the condo and that did not work well. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to make our coffee and breakfast before we were out the door. Unit is on the second floor and elevator was great! The unit has 3 floors, so for some that was tough on old knees but we knew that going in! Beach was just a walk away! Gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits were an added treat! Great Stay! Thanks!

We loved this house! It was not decorated in a cookie-cutter, generic fashion. We enjoyed the mementos and unique touches. I do have to admit we enjoyed talking about some of the pieces and creating stories about the items and how they were acquired or used previously! I had reservations about the host (Gregory) being on-site but he was unobtrusive and we didn't really know he was there. He gave us a quick overview of the house when we arrived and then we didn't see him after that unless we had a question. Pool area was very nice even though the weather didn't let us enjoy it. Another positive was there wasn't a million things to do to clean the house before we left. I have stayed places that had a million things to do and that was not his expectation. Just tidy up any messes, leave the beds unmade, and take out the trash - easy to do! We would definitely stay again! Thank you again Gregory!

Everything was accurate based on the photos and listing. Brigid responded quickly and communicated well. The view is absolutely amazing. The clear sound of the waves through the screen while relaxing was unbelievable.

Patricia is an amazing host! We needed a late check out at last minute and she was gracious and flexible. Will stay here again!

Simple, clean, private home just a block from the marina. We appreciated being able to walk our dogs down to the marina for a sweet view of downtown JAX. Very easy to check in and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We felt safe the entire stay.

Hosts were gracious enough to accept an extremely last minute reservation; We were so appreciative, this cutie little home was charmingly calming after a very long drive. The beds are something to dream about, so comfortable. We were able to walk for breakfast and coffee, and a quiet neighborhood to let our dog explore. There are so many great restaurants within a few miles, parks for pets, and lots of things to do. This bungalow is absolutely as wonderful as you hope it will be!!

Nice Place and wonderful host.

Richard's place was awesome. Unique, historical home plus in a good area for ease of access to restaurants and cafes etc. Richard was also really accommodating (we were able to get in earlier than the regular check in time) and very easy to coordinate with.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

My stay was great! I loved the peacefulness of the area. The home is well kept and beautiful! The basic necessities needed were provided. The home was also very spacious. The host, Brittany, responded to my messages in a timely manner and was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Very comfortable and clean home, great location just a short walk from the Cumberland Island Ferry and downtown St. Marys, and the hosts were super responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

Great stay, quiet location in secure private resort community. Loved the back screened porch that backs to the woods. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and great walking trails. Will stay there again if available. Note, GPS does not always work well once you are in this resort community. Host provided good arrival direction instructions.

This getaway was incredible—I'm almost hesitant to share it. The unobstructed ocean view, quiet atmosphere, and provided beach gear made it perfect for me and my two girls. It was spotless, giving me peace of mind. We absolutely loved it. Thanks for a great experience!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Wonderful condo in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping and historic district. It is worth mentioning, although this is a lovey ground floor unit there are a few stairs to reach the front entrance. Hosts are responsive and helpful.
