Townhome vacation rentals in Nassau County

The villa is exactly as described! The three bedrooms upstairs all had ensuite bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with Dove products (soap/shampoo) and were very clean. We were only in town for a weekend, so we didn't cook there, but the kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of counter space. The hosts were great at communicating. The best part was the location! The view out the back was of water and a golf course and was so peaceful. The building this villa is in is right next to the pool. The beach access was easy to find and very safe (walking/bike trail will take you there with a good crosswalk to cross the one - not busy - street). It was less than a ten minute walk on a well-shaded path. If you have little ones, bring a wagon for beach gear. Parking was plentiful and close to the villa. We love Amelia Island and would definitely stay here again.

The place was terrific and the Vacas team was amazing to work with. It all was just easy and described perfectly. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing easy vacation.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean views from master bedroom and balcony, where we spent most evenings after a walk on the beach. Literally steps to the ocean! Clean, comfortably and attractively furnished, even better than the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Good communication by Vacasa Florida. The unit’s building was a little hard to find at first but it’s located among tree lined streets in a quiet, charming area. We would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook when in the area. Great experience!

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailmaker celebrating our wedding on the island. You can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony - we even saw dolphins one morning! The rental was spacious enough for the whole family & the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Note that no beach towels or beach accessories are provided but there are places on the island to rent or purchase.

Very comfortable and clean home, great location just a short walk from the Cumberland Island Ferry and downtown St. Marys, and the hosts were super responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful home. Three bedrooms with 4 baths. Couldn’t be better than that. We enjoyed the condo so much and loved the location. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. You will not regret booking this. If I go to this area again, I will book this condo every time. Great hosts and very fast response to all my questions.

The rental was great all around, great location, wonderful and clean home. We did have a little trouble with the code on the lock and the host took care of it right away with no troubles. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Tanya was a wonderful & responsive host. Very attentive to details and excellent communication throughout our stay. Her place is just as described and very conveniently located next to the beautiful Fernandina beach and historic downtown area. Everything we needed for a weekend stay was provided including very comfortable beds. Amelia Island is simply stunning and abundant in southern charm & hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

Kristi's townhome/condo in Fernandina Beach is fantastic! We had a great stay in mid-April 2025 with daytime temps in the upper 70s. It is a very easy 5 minute walk to the Beach Access and walkable to a few restaurants options too. The neighborhood complex was clean and well kept and felt very safe. The neighborhood pool was nice to have, although we focused our time at the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were more than we needed for the two of us and our dog Hank. When we come back to Amelia Island, we will hope it's available again. Adam, Julia and Hank :)

House was great! family of 5 and we had plenty of room. very clean and we loved the decor. outside was just as welcoming, loved all the plants and views of the water. the dock doesnt have rails and seems kinda dangerous but it is clearly stated to be very cautious when using it and which we did and even caught some fish! really loved this home!! The hosts were very kind and informative would highly recommend staying there!

My family stayed here while attending a memorial/funeral, but we’d love to come back as a vacation rental. Holly was very considerate and kind about the reason for our trip. Her recommendations were helpful and as a beach rental especially this property shines. We loved it here

This property is absolutely the epitome of everything you'd want on a beach vacation. Beautiful views of the sand and surf which is only steps away. We loved the Sonos sound system that was easy to connect to and how the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you'd need to actually feed a family while on vacation. We've stayed some places that only had 4 forks, but this place had every kind of can opener, pot, cutting board, etc. and it was all in great shape. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a minor plumbing issue on our first day and they worked around our schedule to get it fixed right away and without any impact to our plans. We hope we get a chance to stay at Sea La Vie again - it was absolutely a 10/10!

Tomas was very attentive and checked with us frequently. His home was very comfy and the walking paths were a great plus. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. I would recommend a stay there to anyone who visits the area

My family and I loved being so close to the beach - it's such a quick two block walk to the beach crossover. The townhome is spacious and there is room for everyone. The kitchen is large, which enabled us to cook. Loved using the patio for having lunch and enjoying the ocean breeze. Lots of restaurants close by as well as shopping. Maya was so easy to communicate with! Thanks for a great stay in Jax Beach!

Marci's place was well appointed and clean, as described in the listing. Located about 0.4 miles from the Omni Hotel and backs up directly to the short, 10-hole golf course. Very quiet and peaceful - we did not hear a neighbor all week! TVs and bathrooms in each bedroom are a major plus. The "community pool" that you have access to was full of debris from the trees during our stay and not really swimmable. We utilized the Omni pool - they are pretty lax on checking for wristbands during the week. Overall, great stay and we will certainly be back.

We were so happy with our stay. The home was clean, decorated beautifully, and quiet and peaceful. Sara was a quick communicator and everything was just like the pictures! We were in the neighborhood next to our daughter and family which made our stay better! We will definitely stay there again. Thank yoi Sara for being a great host!

This is one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. It’s beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect (a 3 min walk to the beach practically in your backyard!). It was spotless and well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon to take everything to the beach, fully stocked kitchen- it really was awesome! Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a fun beach vacation. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Roland was a fantastic host! He was extremely responsive, very flexible, and even gave suggestions of things to do. The home was as described and pictured. Close to shopping, Mayport Naval Base, beaches, and centrally located. The outside esthetics isn't all that great, but don't judge a book by it's cover. The neighborhood is quiet and locals friendly. My family and I were very happy and would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay and the three of us we had plenty of space. The townhouse setting in the trees is pretty and the location mid-island makes it easy to get around. Sally was happy to provide any guidance we needed to make our stay memorable.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing 7-day stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We booked last minute and had no issues at all—everything went smoothly from the start. The home is incredibly family-friendly with lots of space for our kids to play and feel comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was a huge plus to have all the essentials provided—from toiletries to cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus that made our evenings even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at ease. We would absolutely rent from him again when we come back to visit family. The location was also a huge perk—right next to a shopping center with great food options and an ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Their banana pudding ice cream was heavenly!
