Greatly priced and clear instructions for check in when we arrived after 11 pm. There was a big storm so there were some trees by the staircase. They were cleared the very next day and that was no fault of the host. The stay was seamless. The beds and towels were clean. There was NO random hair in random places. The fine details of making sure no one’s hair is left behind is worth a million dollars to us. We would’ve contacted the host if needed but there was no need. One small detail is that the rugs are a slight trip hazard. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Leah was a great host! The place was 2x cozier and 2x bigger than expected. The pictures really don’t do the place justice.

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

Great cottage! Easy access to beach. Centrally located to everything on the island.

Ultimate beautiful place and surrounding safe area. Gorgeous and private with views in every room. Dori and Steve were the perfect hosts..my husband was able to fish from the dock..they went out of their way to make sure were well taken care of…we stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed every day. There’s so much to do in the area; including Cumberland Island, Crooked River State Park, and Okefenokee. Great restaurants too. Beauty and nature is abundant here. We are looking forward to return.

Cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable studio guest cottage. It is located in Riverside/Avondale, the best neighborhood in Jacksonville in my opinion. Very walkable and numerous good restaurants within walking distance. Check in was very easy and the hosts responded to my communications quickly.

Cameron’s place is very beautiful and cozy. You notice the attention to detail everywhere you look. The bed was very warm and comfortable. It’s a very easy drive from this location to most entertainment places. Cameron is very friendly, professional and helpful. He gave me several local restaurant recommendations and I was not disappointed. Very impressive knowledge of the local area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Jacksonville. Thank you Cameron!

Great stay and very quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable, probably the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in besides my own. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I had two days of appointments at Mayo Clinic. Josh's place was just a short distance to the hospital. The cottage was exactly as describe. My mother came with me, and it was good for just the two of us. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! The water got hot and stayed hot. My muscles appreciated that. Since the pictures he has added a personal AC - we did not need it - January was cool enough. The main house system kept the cottage good for us. I could see where in the summer this would be a great benefit. Overall, great stay, easy to get to, easy to get to restaurants, easy to get to the clinic. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was great!

This was an absolutely perfect studio apartment for a stay in Jacksonville. So close to the best restaurants, bars gist shops in Jacksonville. Safe, walkable. Very comfortable, clean and usable.

This house was perfect! The space was neat clean and comfortable. The bed was my absolute favorite part as it’s so soft. The hosts were great at communicating and everything was smooth the whole stay.

Very cozy and clean, Perfect location near the bike trail which is our main interest. Close enough to the beach for our enjoyment. Unfortunately it was unseasonably wet and cold. Record snows for Florida this year so we will have to return next year for the biking. We still enjoyed the island. Great nearby gluten free restaurant Bantam and Biddy that we really enjoyed. Egan trail is delightful for the bird population; hiking or just a short stroll. The only drawback is the lack of curtains on the sliding door. The living room/kitchen feels exposed, no feeling of privacy, even though the back yard was fenced in. That would be very easy to remedy, we will check back next year and definitely seek this place out if curtains have been installed.

Stay was very pleasant as well as clean and organized.

We had a peaceful 10-day stay here. The home made an extended stay with a toddler very easy- the home was free of clutter and the furnishings were all fairly safe and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer available was a huge plus. The neighborhood was mostly quiet- there was a little free sharing library a few houses down within walking distance and the local neighbors all seemed very nice. Overall, I would choose this listing again if I needed to stay in the area :)
