Kim’s Blacksmith Cottage was the perfect retreat from the busy life of the cities. The cottage was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It had everything I needed, from cozy living spaces to a well-equipped kitchen. Parking was hassle-free, with plenty of space right by the cottage, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions provided. One of the highlights for me was the bed—it was super comfy, and I slept like a “Daddy” 😂 every night. The quiet, peaceful surroundings made it the ideal place to unwind and relax. If you’re looking for a getaway that’s both convenient and tranquil, Kim’s Blacksmith Cottage is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

This was a great getaway for our family of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs to escape the city and get some nature time. We spent Thanksgiving in this lovely rustic cabin preparing our feast in the fully equipped kitchen. would definitely book again, thanks Rachel!

My sister & I stayed 2 nights. We drove to Monticello to surprise our youngest sister for her birthday. It was a spur of the moment trip & I was glad we found availability at the Diva Farm House Escape. There are actually 2 units in this house, the other being described as a studio. When we arrived the cleaning crew (Barbara) was still on site & helped us locate the keys & even helped us bring our luggage inside. Barbara then showed us throughout the rental & made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She had just finished cleaning & decorating the house for Christmas. I am a smoker & there was a table with an ashtray in the back yard. We enjoyed the front porch as well as the back yard. There are a couple good restaurants in Monticello & I recommend Los Parrilleros Mexican Grill 1345 W Broad St Monticello, MS 39654 As I have family in Monticello I plan on staying here again when visiting.

Nice peacful place out in the country. A little rough around the edges, but to be expected with an older house out in country.
