Monthly Rentals in Monterey County

Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!

The apartment is incredibly cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Rick and Will are extremely attentive, always available, super kind, and very helpful. I lacked nothing during my stay. You also have your own parking space right in front of the door, a private bathroom, and access to the shared pool. There are several shops within easy walking distance, and places like Montery, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, Carmel, and Pacific Grove are just a few minutes away by car. The area is also a little bit less affected by coastal fog, and I had plenty of sunshine during my stay, which I really enjoyed. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to return again soon!

Very nice and clean studio in a great location for exploring Pinnacles National Park or a road trip stop over on Highway 101. Pictures and previous reviews are very accurate. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Perfect for one or two people. Pleasant neighborhood. Highly recommended. Also, enjoyed a very good dinner at nearby El Rinconcito.

I have never seen a cuter Airbnb- it is just adorable! It was warm, snug and cozy. The bed was comfy and there were both soft and firm pillows. The towel was luxuriously soft! Currently (as of 4/8/25) the listing states the Telegraph Office holds 2 guests with 2 beds and 0 bathrooms. To clarify, there is one bed that holds 2 people and there is the most BEAUTIFUL, new, attached bathroom which can be seen in the later photos. Collette has just recently finished adding it on to the Telegraph Office as well as an outdoor deck with lounge chairs. Breakfasts were second to none, and I appreciated Collette's kindness, friendliness and willingness to answer my many, many questions about the farm, the local area and California in general. I don't know if I will ever make my way to Paicines again but I would absolutely stay with Collette! Pro tip: bring a map as there is NO cell/GPS reception the last 40 minutes to the farm on a rough road and you will worry if you're heading the right way.
