Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

Our 2 bedroom guest house in beautiful Carmel Valley is close to Monterey, Big Sur, Pebble Beach and Carmel by the Sea. Sight see all day and escape to a pastoral setting five minutes from Carmel Valley Village with quaint shops, restaurants and over 20 wine tasting rooms. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, a rooster crowing and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

This storybook Vineyard House is set on a working boutique vineyard. It has been converted into a beautiful countryside escape overlooking the Pastures of Heaven. The stocked kitchen and BBQ have everything you need to make a gourmet meal to pair with your complimentary bottle of estate wine. Enjoy the fire pit above the rear patio overlooking the upper vineyard, enjoy with wine while watching grapes grow! This gorgeous villa is secluded while still close enough to hop into Monterey or Carmel.

Set on the site of an old town from the 1880's, now a working dairy farm, the "Post Office" is a beautiful and comfortable escape to the charm and serenity of the country. The farm offers a unique opportunity to see where the best milk and dairy products are made. Baby cows graze nearby. The farm enjoys some of the best sunshine in California, best night sky, mountain views, sunrises and sunsets. Relax, commune with the animals, birdwatch, hike, sit by a campfire, or whatever suits you.

Mid Carmel Valley among the animals! This one bedroom cottage is situated in our backyard next to horses, a mule and a donkey! The river is steps away, go down and enjoy the river with a cup of coffee or a drink! 10 minutes to Carmel or 10 minutes to Carmel Valley Village. This is the perfect hub for exploring the area. The cottage is neat and tidy...but the entrance to the property and the field are work in progress! Enjoy farm fresh eggs with your stay too!

Studio One: A work from home creative retreat.

This guest house on our family ranch was my artist father’s first studio, and features high, north facing skylights for the clear light preferred by painters. The house is both roomy and cozy, with a wood stove for seasonal warmth, a kitchen deck for morning coffee, and great hikes just out the front door. Studio one is now offered as a longer-term working retreat and has full Wi-Fi access for any work from home requirements.
