Was a bit upset about the pool not being able to heat up but the kids still enjoyed themselves. Overall great stay

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

This place was nicer than the photos and absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. Everything was well equipped and labeled. The location was very quiet and peaceful with great access to a quiet beach. You definitely need a car as it's a little isolated but that added to the charm.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Great location, great stay. Beautiful and comfortable space. Worked well for our family of 4. The third bedroom felt a little far away to have our littlest stay in alone but thankfully the second bedroom had a large bed for both kids. Wagon and chairs provided were great for the beach.

We loved every moment spent in this house ,especially the cats , the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend this house .

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a long weekend at Lauren's place and it was a wonderful, relaxing home away from home. Check-in was super smooth and we absolutely loved the area the listing was in. It's walkable (or a very short drive) to many local eateries, breweries, shops, and cafes on the west side and there's also plenty of nature-oriented things to do since it's so close to the ocean — hikes, beaches, walks, parks etc. The listing itself was very clean and had everything we need. Lauren even left some snacks and drinks for us as a welcome gift which we thought was very sweet. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs there. The one small setback was that it didn't have a a full sized refrigerator so the frozen foods we bought didn't quite fit into the mini fridge's freezer section. Everything was spotless and though it was raining while we were there, we would definitely come back and enjoy the patio space next time. Highly recommend this listing for a peaceful getaway to Santa Cruz.

Ben's Airbnb was wonderful! It was clean, well kept, had the rooms and items we needed, it had sunlight, a small garden and outdoor sitting area in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and some sights. Ben was excellent to work with - responsive, clear and readily accessible. He was proactive in understanding our late night arrival and getting information to us in a timely manner. I would definitely repeat working with Ben. I highly recommend Ben and his Airbnb. Great place!!

Everything was comfortable and attractive but the kitchen stood out. It is well appointed for a couple who are used to cooking for themselves. The neighborhood was attractive and very quiet. Parking was never a problem. It is within walking distance of two grocery stores and an entire shopping center. The WiFi is great. This unit fit our needs very well.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Had a fabulous stay here and will absolutely be returning. The cottage is tucked away off the road which makes it feel really peaceful and private. It has a great outside patio that gets the sun. The cottage itself was comfy, cozy and has everything you need. It is a super quick walk down to the water. We cannot wait to come again!

The house was so comfortable and had plenty of space for our small group. the kitchen is so well stocked! be ready to have just about anything you need in a drawer or a cabinet. the patio was perfect for a shared meal or some time with nature. Kathy is very knowledgeable on things to do around the area and gave us some great ideas for day adventures, and local sights and eats. we look forward to coming back again soon!

I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay here with our two young kids. The house was so well-stocked with anything we could need and helpful instructions for everything. The location is great for walking to the beach, and there are sand toys and beach chairs available, as well as a great shower outdoors to rinse off sandy feet. The kids loved the games and puzzles cabinet as well as having their own room with matching twin beds. The kitchen had everything we could think of! Thanks for a great stay!

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

Sarah’s house was beautiful- clean and lots of room. There was enough space for us to be together and space for alone time. There were 8 of us. Sarah had made some recommendations for dinners and places to go. We did try a couple of them and the Mexican restaurant and ice cream place was delicious . We had one issue with hot water and Sarah responded immediately and issue was resolved in a timely manner. The house was a little farther from Santa Cruz than we were used to but it only took 20 minutes get there. The area where the house was located was quiet and close to the ocean. We genuinely loved our time in Aptos. Would stay again .

The house was a peaceful oasis just moments from the heart of Santa Cruz. It had a very well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub and outdoor shower were a hit with the kids and adults. Thank you for setting up this house with families in mind—we had a fabulous time and can’t wait to come back!

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!
