Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Monterey Bay

We were recently in town for a wedding. We booked the house for us and friends to be at one place, get ready together. Teresa was a great host! We appreciated the big rooms and great kitchen and patio! This house is gorgeous on the inside, has all the bells and the whistles. Would love to book again!

We loved staying at the Postage Stamp. It was the perfect charming cottage in such a beautiful location. The outdoor space was really incredible!! The fire pit was fun for evenings making s’mores and sipping wine. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four!

Colm has a wonderful house in a great location. He has a detailed binder with information on activities to do along with a pass for the CA state parks. I would highly recommend a stay.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Ali’s home. The house is charming and very quiet and peaceful, all while being within an easy walk of fabulous restaurants and downtown. We absolutely recommend booking this house.

The place was lovely and Kyle was very responsive when we had questions. One day we had a lot of ants come in from the rainy weather, but they disappeared one day later. We had challenges logging into the ROKU, but Kyle responded quickly and helpfully and got us all squared away. We had a lovely stay.

Carolyn’s place was perfect for what we needed and was a great value in an ideal location. Walking distance to lots of grocery shopping for needed supplies and some decent restaurants for breakfast and lunches when we didn’t want to get back into the car before & after a long trip. She was also very responsive to any questions or requests.

Very clean, updated home with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Three nice size King bedrooms. Great games too.

Great location with the best coffee, bakery, and pizza place next door! If you love to surf or enjoy watching the ocean all alive with sea life, sunrises, and sunsets this is the place! We enjoyed the sun on private patio with table & chairs, lounge, and couch; this was our favorite part of staying here. Only negatives: no washer and dryer which is a must at the beach and not enough towels for our week long stay as there wasn’t a washer & dryer so we could not wash towels. Overall it is as close to perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, and furnishings!

This is a very hard to review to write...because I don't think words can really do the experience we had any justice. Michele's place honestly left us speechless! The home itself is so unique, yet so functional. You feel right at home. You have privacy and seclusion while still being just minutes from everything in Carmel. Michele went absolutely above and beyond with her home. Everything you could have possibly thought of, she already has. Heated floors, a jacuzzi, a large walk-in shower, binoculars, beach towels, sleeping masks - you name it, she had it! I've never been in a home with so many amenities that were so perfectly put together to make our stay absolutely unforgettable. I cannot thank Michele enough for providing us with such a phenomenal and well curated stay, and for also being such a terrific and friendly host to us. We truly felt at home. Rating this stay 5-stars almost feels like an insult to just how amazing it is was. If I could give it 100-stars, I would!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Had a great stay at this airbnb. Matthew was a responsive host, and the place was perfect for a nice getaway that felt nice and secluded with plenty to do and beach accessibility just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Aarons place was super cozy. The care he takes in decorating was delightful. Aaron's place has to be my favorite Airbnb I've stayed at so far. it's also walking distance to the beach and a long but walkable walk from downtown Santa Cruz and boardwalk.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
