Beach condo vacation rentals in Miramar Beach

Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

Nik’s place has breathtaking views of the golf, a walk across the street to the beach. He recommended some great places to eat. We stayed here for a week of baseball at Publix Park, which was about a ten minute drive. Pier park is right down the street. We were here during the “off season” so not every place was open, but there was plenty that were. Nik was extremely accommodating for our stay with early check in and late check out. We needed extra supplies as we stayed a week, he had items to help our stay delivered. Myself and family would definitely recommend Nik as a host and his PCB Airbnb!

My family had a nice stay here. It is a ground-floor unit in an older complex called Gulfgate Condominiums. The thing that makes this unit worth it is the convienence. You can park right outside your front door. You can walk off your patio to a mostly fenced in grassy area shared with three other units. The pool is just steps away; it's on the other side of the wall lined with bushes in the pics. You walk across the pool deck, out a gate, then you are on the beach. Being so close to the pool and beach was super convenient with our kids. The complex and area in general were surprisingly pet friendly; we brought our small dog. The complex is in a nice neighborhood. It is not directly on Thomas Drive which is nice. The unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. Again, the complex is not new, some areas show its age (I hope the facade of the building above the pool gets fixed) but the convience is what would bring us back.

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and great view of the Gulf. Their communication was very quick and helpful! Would stay again.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Kyle's place was very charming and a great location. He was very responsive to questions that I had. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.

Tyler was great to deal with, made good suggestions for restaurants and charters we asked about. He kept in contact our whole 6 night stay to make sure things were going ok. View was great, unfortunately this time of year the sunset was in the middle of the west building so a little bummed there but right time of year I’m sure would be awesome. Although we didn’t cook in house eating out or none cooking meals the kitchen was supplied with a lot of amenities. Plenty of towel and linens. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were a plus. Overall this is an awesome place and Tyler was a great host.

We had a fantastic stay here! We loved looking out directly on the sea, being right on the beach, and having such a great space to call our own for a few days. The kids loved the bathtub and all the pools. It was so helpful having access to beach towels, beach toys, regular toys and boardgames. Check-in was easy, it was quiet, spacious, and an overall great stay. We hope to return!

This condo was clean and beautiful! The water and boat views were amazing. We really enjoyed this place and hope to return soon.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

We had a great time! Nice area for walking our dogs. About a minute and a half walk to access the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable living room, patio, and bedroom. Soft bed linens. Quiet ceiling fans! Nice televisions. The kitchen had just about anything you might need to whip up a meal. There’s an electric tea kettle for my pour over coffee! Washer/dryer unit works very well! Spacious shower-very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

This was the perfect place for us to take our two dogs to the beach for the first time! It was very dog friendly.. I feel like everyone staying there had a pup with them! It was only like a 3 minute drive to the dog beach and very close to the dog park as well. Also very close to shopping and food options. The bed was very comfortable!! Everything about their place is very intentional!! Jeff was also very responsive and helpful getting the tv logged into YouTube Tv one night! We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!!

Stay was great! The unit itself was great. You really can’t beat an oceanfront view! The upgrades in the unit were nice and it was perfect being on the 5th floor, same as the skyway to parking so that you didn’t have to potentially use 2 sets of elevators. I’ve enjoyed Grand Panama itself each time I’ve stayed. Guest are respectful and it’s generally pretty quiet. There were lots of dogs during the time we were there but it wasn’t an issue. Jeremy was also great and super responsive to everything. We’d definitely stay again!
