Monthly Rentals in Minnetonka

The Studio at Laura’s was perfect for myself and my two furries! Filled with natural sunlight, with a gorgeous little patio off the living room and separate office/den for work, we felt right at home, in close proximity to family for the Thanksgiving holiday. A beautiful, quiet location and a bonus garage for my car, was more than I expected. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your space with us.

This place is a 10/10! Jenny was a great host and super responsive. The place was very clean and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Jenny even got us a pack n play for our son to sleep in. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. There is a train the goes by at night (around 9pm, no train whistle), but it didn’t bother us while we were sleeping (we had white noise going).

At 75 years old, I have stayed at many VRBOs and Airbnbs. Mark and his lovely wife Donna were fabulous hosts, and the ambience of this house was what I needed for a retreat. I will return to enjoy the hot tub, the walks to the park nearby and the quiet of a country setting…. Including the deers! Thank you.

Fantastic stay highly recommend! Lisa is a great host, and was very responsive with all of our questions and concerns. Heated garage was greatly appreciated. Unexpected find was the indoor basketball court! Great walking paths as well with convenient food nearby. Residence was very clean upon check-in and had everything we needed to have a great stay!
