This was a great location for privacy and views around the home and got to see some deer! We were overall pleased with most everything about the home and amenities that were available. We had a great time and were overall happy with our choice for two families to get together and it worked out well! We would definitely consider coming back should we want to do the same adventure as we all had our own space and room for connecting together as well.

Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

We had such a lovely time @ the Luxe Chalet! It was the perfect getaway for our annual retreat. The beds were all so comfy and we all slept great. We appreciated all of the little touches and how well stocked the kitchen was. The decor was beautiful and we just kept saying how you can really tell when a woman is in charge! Heidi thought of everything we might need. The hot-tub was awesome as well. We will be back, that’s for sure!

The home was perfect for a weekend away with friends while we tackled wedding tasks for our upcoming wedding at a nearby venue. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The space is well maintained and we felt right at home. Everything was seamless and without fuss. Definitely one of the top Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Rachel was so great to work with and always super responsive with questions prior to arrival! The house is adorable and super clean! Has everything you need. Very peaceful and beautiful setting.

Plenty of coffee. great locations. We also recommend The Altoona Family restaurant only .5 miles away. Also 5 star. We were a party of 10 .All were very happy here.. We'd return in a heartbeat. My wife and I stayed at Cabin #2 for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The cabin was perfect in every way, the location was more beautiful than I expected, and Scott went above and beyond in his accommodations and communications. We would definitely go back, and we are very grateful!

great little cozy place during our quick stay here! really neat and clean and the hosts were super nice and responsive! you won't regret your stay here. only thing we noticed but didn't really care about is the other units of the house with what I assume are kids thumping around above the ceiling early in the morning. but again! we didn't mind, if that's something that would bother you if you have trouble sleeping then maybe weigh out your options

I loved loved this place! It was peaceful and just right for the seven of us. Maggie was an excellent host. I would love to stay here again. It is adorable and cozy with plenty of space.

Sarah was very helpful, friendly and good at giving instructions which helped to make everything easier for us. The house was very clean and organized and so was the yard. Very neat having the little pond in between the house and the lake there was so much wildlife there. It was so neat to watch from the house. I love that this place was pet friendly and we didn’t have to leave our dog at home. He was able to come with us and enjoy everything too. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. And I’m even interested in renting it again in the future. It’s a very lovely place to stay.

This cottage is so cute and comfortable. The location on the lake was perfect and it had everything the two of us could have wanted. Dan was quick to reply to every question we had. He and Kristen anticipated any traveler's needs and exceeded them. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us!

Light over table would’ve been a help! Need to have grab bars by stools and tub and showers! Raised stools!

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

If I come to Arcadia again I will love to stay at her place again, very responsive and helpful. Very understanding and flexible had to add more nights and she was quick to reply :) definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Christine

We rented Daniel's home for our family Christmas. There were 6 adults, 6 children and our lab. The home was spacious enough we didn't feel we were on top of each other. There were plenty of sleeping spaces and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The kids and Dads had a blast in the garage playing foosball. It was great having a place for the kids to go and play that allowed them to stretch out and make noise without having to worry about disturbing the other family members. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Daniel had the whole house decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree. He really made sure our stay was perfect. Daniel was very responsive to the few questions we had, and very friendly. The family requested we rent it again next year for our family Christmas, they enjoyed it so much!

We enjoyed our stay in Pepin. Charlie's cottage was close to everything we were interested in, was very quiet even though off the highway and we appreciated the accommodations.

We enjoyed our five nights at Pepin Marina Retreat. The marina is directly across the street; it was enjoyable to sit on the porch that had a swing and two rocking chairs. The views of the lake and bluffs were aesthetically pleasing. Walkable to restaurants and libations. The Loft apartment was tastefully decorated, with a well-appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable for us. We will return to Marya’s Pepin Marina Retreat, and we hope you will love your time there as much as we did.
