Exactly as described and it is very beautiful. It’s a really cosy annexe studio. It is attached to the main house and yet you feel very private. The Green Man is well worth a visit and nearby Ampthill and Aspley Guise are great place to walk the dog. Great touches such as the dog towel, water bowl and loads of treats. Thank you for receiving so many parcels for me as I prepared for my next adventure!! Nicola is definitely the Hostess with the Mostess!! 🥰.

Sarah is a wonderful host with a beautiful family. My partner and I stayed in their annex for 6 weeks. Their house is just stunning and the walks in the area are lovely and peaceful. Sarah always had fresh flowers for us which was such a lovely touch. They accommodated our needs and recommended some lovely walks along with the local restaurant/bar. We immediately felt welcomed and comfortable in the annex. I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a very clean apartment in a great location that was easily walkable to shops and restaurants! Ross was quick to return messages and instructions for access to the premises were clear!
